It was easy to book bowling online
It was easy to book bowling online. Arrived early, got the lane with no waiting. Easy to sort the screen with names etc. Our family enjoyed it.

Good atmosphere, great staff. Bit of a wait for drinks delivery though. Pool tables an added bonus.

A place to buy drugs
Festival Park. Stoke. The bowling experience was expensive so the 2 adults didn't take part, just the children. The kids enjoyed themselves though. The big downside was myself being offered drugs at 7.30pm! A woman came to me at the air hockey table and asked if I do drugs, I'm definitely not her target audience. She was clearly on something and stank of booze. She said they were selling drugs in the toilets. Staff were notified and said they are aware of her, she's a regular. I went to the toilet before we left and there were 2 women in there who quickly scarpered into the cubicle. When we left shortly after, the first lady was lying outside the doors with her 3 children, rolling around the floor swearing. Not the family experience we hoped for on a Saturday night. We won't be returning. Do not let your children go into the toilets alone.

It's okay but can be better
A few of the arcade games was not working, and all of them need a good clean as well. The bowling balls need to be changed and/or cleaned. Lot of them is chipped, even inside where you put your fingers, so I've got 2 cuts on my fingers, even my girl as well. Some of the balls is disgusting, peoples eating and playing in the same time, and using the balls with dirty hands. The music is too loud and boring. Need a better mix.
Pizza was a joke, is like the worst/cheapest frozen pizza you can find. Cocktail is kinda overpriced for the amount of alcohol in it. Otherwise is okay.

Karaoke room!
Genuinely had such an amazing time at one of the karaoke rooms for our friends birthday! It’s actually completely soundproof / embarrassment proof! The only thing I can fault is that when ordering the drinks from inside the room on the screen, to be delivered to the room, they took well over 20 mins to come and we had to keep popping out to check which it’s frustrating when it was a Monday, it was super quiet and we only have an hour in there. Besides that, had so much fun!
