Good value for money
Good value for money. Very accommodating with the food for the party. The girl who looked after us was really friendly and enthusiastic. The kids had a great time.

Really used to enjoy going there but the wait to be seen to at the counter for games or drinks is very long and the place is not very clean. Need more staff

Kids loved it
Kids loved it. Especially because of the frame it was inclusive for all ages. The bowling bowls were of different weights too which I thought was quite thoughtful

Not the best!
The experience for my son’s birthday party was not the best. On arrival we were charged £72 despite already paying the balance of the party a week prior. The refund was processed, after we showed proof of payment and it was clear they had charged us for someone else’s party. The Manager was not very friendly and seems very annoyed to be having to process the refund. The laser tag was supposed to start at 5pm but the boys didn’t go in until about 5.10pm and therefore did not get the full hour. The food was ok but portions weren’t great. It was a very busy night and whilst we had a reserved table near the kitchen - I had to keep asking for food and the birthday cake to be brought out. Other venues have a private party room with a dedicated member of staff. On the whole staff were friendly and helpful and the birthday gift bag was good.

The whole bowling experience was great…
The whole bowling experience was great - equipment worked really well, lots of balls available. Timing was great, we went straight into the lane in good time.

The young girls that set up all the…
The young girls that set up all the games, balloons and cakes were brilliant. The bowling itself can get a bit repetitive for 2 hours so having all the extra activities made a huge difference. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Explained everything brilliantly and dealt with all the children with kindness and fun.

Pig sty is cleaner
Having booked a lane for 2 games of bowling on Saturday night. We arrive and booked in. Headed to our to start. The lane still had old drinks on from the previous people(I assume).
My wife went to the bar and had to over 15 minutes to be served.
Our food arrived, no attempt was made remove and empty glasses.
We ordered another round of drinks through the app and this time waited over 20 minutes to arrive(2 soft drinks) again they just placed down and no attempt to remove any empty glass or food containers.
The entire gaming area was full empty drinks and waste food containers.
It was pretty disgusting really. We left as soon after as we got fed up of moving empty glasses to try and play and games.
It wasn't that busy either for a Saturda night.
