Filthy toilets
While the bar staff and manager do a great job the toilets are absolutely disgusting 🤮 the toilets are not the bar staffs job and for a busy establishment the toilets should be cleaned multiple times a day not once in the morning and by a CLEANER not bar staff. Filthy sanitary towels hanging out of the sanitary bins because they're full I've never seen anything like it. Toilets where dirty floor was filthy and for the money that place brings in this is totally unacceptable.

Lovely lady on the front desk name agnes I think something along those lines was really lovely helpful polite, also other members of staff worked hard to keep all areas clean and tidy my children loved it there

I had a group of about 10 people in the lane next to us . They were shouting and screaming constantly and coming across into our lanes blocking our access. Not once did any staff or security ask them to behave , very disappointed with people being let ruin othere people's night

Easy check in. Lane clean and tidy. Drinks and food ordered through app and arrived quickly. Good choice of arcade machines.

Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. I made a mistake with the booking I phoned straight away and the lady that answered could not have been more helpful she sorted the booking out with no problems at all. The booking was for my husband and grandson they said they really enjoyed their game the food was lovely and they were even offered some sweets which were very much appreciated. If it was a little less expensive I’m sure they would go more often but it was well worth the visit, many thanks to all the staff at Dudley Tenpin.
