Professionalism every time
As an out of school club, we've been going Tenpin Bowling, Croydon with our children for over 10+ years and it's become a highlight of their half term activities. They love the idea of competing with their friends, having something to eat and just as important socialising with their friends.
Ariana and her team at Tenpin Bowling, Croydon are so professional and accommodating. They always make us feel welcome and are always ready to support us. Thank you everyone, it's always appreciated.

The food was pretty bad to be honest. I know it’s not fine dining when you book a kids party but the quality was really disappointing. Considering I paid £18 per child + drinks on top I would have expected better.

Great activity with the kids
Shane served us at the reception and bar and was very helpful. I really appreciated that he didn’t make us feel bad for being a bit late and was very friendly and polite.

He seemed so uninterested and miserable. Saturday night, room full of people and you have a young man with low energy, miserable face with a lack of people skills representing your business.

We turned up in good time for our 2pm slot, only to be told we couldnt start our game until approximately 2:10. There were empty lanes, but we couldnt start for some reason. Disappointing.
