A great experience
It was a sweet experience for us celebrating our daughter's 13th year birthday. It was our first time visiting and it was all fun.

Lanes were slow to reload which is…
Lanes were slow to reload which is frustrating but the biggest issue we had is the car park. It's very narrow with not much space to get in or out of the entrance or even get out safely plus it costs on top of the bowling

A last minute decision to go bowling. We arrived late and was still able to go straight to our lane.

It was lovely place
It was lovely place, clean and tidy, as there was several Birthday parties there should have been more on the reception area. Not happy with one of the amusement part, there was a £0.10 machine, when I have taken my Grandson to Hollywood bowling he enjoys going on £0.02 machine. I think this would be better for children than your £0.10 machine.

Thought I was buying 2 games
Thought I was buying 2 games. Disappointed that the lane shut down Halfway through the 2nd game. After an hour.Not bowled in 30 years and grand children probably the reason. Human interaction to speed us up, extend the time would have been good it wasn’t excessively busy

Not a lot of staff at the bar so lines…
Not a lot of staff at the bar so lines was long.
Main part of the was good but the buns was dry and stale, the chips was under cooked
The line long so didn’t bother saying anything to the staff and didn’t want to ruin the day out with my daughter

The members of staff were really friendly and welcoming Emily was very helpful in booking us in and then taking our food and drink order so that we could get on with bowling. The atmosphere is amazing

Great Party Atmosphere
All the kids had a great time at the party, it’s planned out well with bowling from the start then later the staff came round and made balloon animals etc which went down well.
Later the food arrived they all just sat on the lane near each other chatting while eating.
Then they finished it off with music.
The staff were great everything was easy to get along with if you needed help there was always someone walking nearby.
