Thursday bad experience
Thursday evening. Asked if there was any offers on. Lady said no and charged me and my friend £21 each (£42)for 2 games of bowling which I thought was excessive. We then spent £8 each on a burger meal which took 30 minutes.
I then saw advertised all over the lane screens that you can get 2 games of bowling and a burger meal for £10 each.
So spent pretty much spent £58 when we could have paid £20 and the burger was trash.
Left feeling like I was robbed
Arcade was fun

Had a good time with family
Had a good bowling and karaoke experience at Acton Tenpin. It will be good to have more staff on the weekends.

I didn't enjoy the food
I didn't enjoy the food. Chips cold and biggest too hot.
Ordered nachos. Came wrong once then complained remade the order still came wrong second time. Didn't want salsa or jalapenos but managed to send 2nd order with jalapenos. Was upset inside and that after we finished our game. Then after complaining again management said sorry apologised. Tried to want to make again I said I'm going then they offered and asked what would I like and I agreed a refund would be satisfactory. But then offered refund which I've not had still. So expect a complaints letter.
The bowling was fine. The place needs new bowling balls as all have bad scratches etc and this affects play. Anyways you make money so spend it correctly to allow people to come back and enjoy their time.
Very busy, the space needs music rather then noise of kids parties and kids running everywhere. I have kids too but it's also dangerous with all the bowling balls.
Sections should be made for pool, darts, seating areas and gambling machines for adults shouldn't be place while kids bowl. The arcades is separate.

Laser tag birthday party
I booked Laser tag for my son’s birthday. They helped a lot with everything I needed. They even took the cake and kept it in the fridge even tho they said they don’t normally. Everything went so well. The kids enjoyed themselves so much. I will book again for my other son’s birthday in September. Thank you again

Fun Time at Bowling and Arcade
My fiancé and I had a lovely time bowling at Tenpin and then playing games at the arcade. The venue has a fun atmosphere, and each lane feels cosy and private because of the transparent dividers. It's also convenient as food can be ordered directly to the lanes. We chose the bowling-and-food deal, which was a good price, but the only downside was that the burgers were quite small and very bland. This meant we had to spend more money ordering additional food. Other than this, it's a nice place to play some games, and the booking process is also easy.

I recently booked Tenpin Acton for my son’s birthday, including a Laser Tag party. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and the kids really enjoyed the activity itself.
However, we were very disappointed with the food provided. The pizza portions were extremely small—honestly more like the size of a cookie. Neither I nor the children had ever seen such tiny pizzas served at a party, and even the kids were surprised. Had we been informed about the portion size at the time of booking, we would have happily paid extra for larger pizzas.
It’s unreasonable to expect customers to guess portion sizes without any guidance, and this lack of clarity really affected the overall experience.
I’m giving 3 stars solely because of this issue, as the rest of the party was enjoyable.

Great staff venue needs work
Girls were lovely. Our lane stopped working 2 times so we had to wait 10-15 for the machine to untangle. Which kinda killed the vibe as you can imagine. Very expensive.
