Good service and amazing quick delivery

The bed is excellent quality and the installation was professionally and friendly.

I ordered a bed for my disabled son who lives alone, I was told on WhatsApp that it would be next day delivery. That following day I wanted confirmation that the delivery would be later that dat as I needed to be there when it arrives, I tried phoning customer services numerous times it was a waste of time, tried WhatsApp no response finally later that day I had a call to say delivery would happen between 4-6. We had taken my son’s old bed down and waited, the bed didn’t arrive. My son had to sleep on the mattress on the floor and had great difficulty getting up from it! The next day tried phoning, WhatsApp then finally rang the number of the person who’d phoned me the previous day and told him. Late in the afternoon I had a WhatsApp message to say it was arriving between 4-6, it came! I didn’t receive an apology o explanation as to why the bed wasn’t delivered! Unprofessional and rude company and the bed is poor quality!

Great next day delivery and cash on delivery worked very well for me. Great to see no nonsense furniture sales.

Shocking experience. Ordered it fine. Being told it would come next day. Then told it was coming the following day. But then got a phone call saying it will be delivered when it was nearly 10pm! By the time it was here and setting it up it was very late. Very stressful and horrible time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Delivering a bed at 1am in morning is shocking

What a waste of time this company is I ordered a sofa and I been told it will get delivered next day on one called or contact I called back and asked them what time my sofa will be delivered so I make sure we are available and I Been told some one from delivery department will call but no one called or shown up today I called them and I been told they sold the sofa to some one else because they paid £50 extra to them what a crap company to deal and they have no respect for some one precious time all they bothered for £50 never in my life seen such a low moral company

Reasonable prices and fast delivery

Very competitive prices, used twice in the last month, a divan bed with mattress, and then another mattress. Very quickly delivery, great communication, only negative was a 2130 delivery, but guess cannot be helped at times. Very much Recommended

We ordered a double divan bed about 7:30pm and it was delivered by 5:30pm the next day. I was called to advise time of delivery. Amazing service.

Fantastic service arrived promptly ordered Saturday teatime arrived Monday at 9pm delivery driver kept us informed with two phone calls for expected delivery time one with a 3hour window and then an hour before arrival beds are spot on for my two daughters

Lovely bed mattress is really thick had the best nights sleep in a long time.. Great price delivery excellent and they kept in touch through out.

The bed was delivered on a bank holiday, which I didn't expect. When I had to leave alternative contact numbers as I was in hospital they were fine with that. All in all they did a really good job in a short space of time, especially as our address is quite hard to find, so thank you very much
