Temple bikes are the dream! I went for a Classic touring. It's a superbly built bike, spec'd with all the best parts, a joy to ride and it's beautiful to look at.

Having searched far and wide to find a steel framed bulletproof classic tourer with a bit of extra style I went up to Brick Lane to test a couple of Temple bikes, The one I thought I wanted I didn't like at all so I was glad to have the chance to test others. I fell in love with the Adventure Disc, which I ordered to my spec. It's a real looker, even non cyclists admire it. I wanted traditional bar end shifters as I've had brake-lever based shifters fail on me, but I wouldn't recommend them if one is thinking of mountain-bike type use. You need to think ahead, but that is something you get used to. Anyway, a classy product.

I love my Temple bike. I bought it to cycle down the west coast of America, and it was a brilliant bike to take on the trip. Now, when I ride it to work and back, it regularly prompts lots of conversation from others - asking what make it is.

I’ve had my Temple cycle for 2 years now and we’ve been on many adventures together! Because the frame is so light I can easily carry it up and down stairs and take it on the train. The quick release wheels also make it easy to put it the back of my car for longer trips. I bought the step-through lightweight in dusty pink.

I bought a Adventure Disc around 3 years before, I ride it went to a lot places, sometimes when I park it next to the outside of cafe, someone will come and ask what's the brand of it, and told me it's beautiful.
I think it has very good appearance, the steel frame is extremely strong, but you have to accept its weight

I wanted an all steel road bike and after research chose Temple bikes. I picked the Adventure 3. The ride is so smooth and comfortable. Complete strangers have commented on how great it looks. When the bike arrived it was very well packed without any issues and it came on time. Dealing with Temple was a great experience.

I bought some leather handlebar grips after my rubber ones started to perish. They look really good and are lasting brilliantly. Great purchase.

I bought my Temple Tour in Oct 2019 and since then I made around 20550 Km, mainly commuting in London, but also touring in Scotland and France with 2 and 4 bags with around 10-15 kg baggage.
The bike has been great so far, it is a pleasure to ride! The maintenance cost have been minimal, the consumables (cassette, brake pads, chain) are widely available at fair price. I only upgraded the stem and the wheels in 2021, while bottom bracket, derailleurs, and brakes are still doing great!
I love the semplicity of my bike and of course the classical look.
If you plan to use a wider tyre then 32c, I would recommend to go for the gravel model same if you plan to go touring trip outside Europe or going backpacking with a lot of gravel.
I plan to keep using my Temple Tour for the years to come, it is the perfect bike for me! The only aspect I would change, it is the clearance to install a 35c or a 38c with mudguards.

I've ridden my adventure disc 2 for a year now and I'm loving it! It's taken me to work every day; on long weekend road rides with friends; and on off road adventures on the South Downs Way, across the length of Wales, and along the Badger Divide in Scotland.

The quality of the ride is lovely. The 105 group set is so so smooth. I went for a hydraulic disc brake upgrade and they are mighty fine brakes! The frame feels really smooth over bumps compared to my previous aluminium road bike. The tires are great. I haven't noticed any difference in rolling speed on the road compared to the Gatorskin 23mm I was using before. Off road they are great too – perfect for the kind of fast dry gravel you get in summer around Epping Forest.

Overall, having spent about a year wanting to order this bike before doing so last January, I am so happy I did. The Temple team are lovely and I fully recommend ordering with them :) Thank you Temple!
