Techtrek.Store presents itself as a very attractive online shop, but please be extremely careful. The store lists a false physical address, and after payment is made, no delivery takes place.
Once you pay, communication stops and you do not receive the goods you ordered. If you have already made a payment, contact your bank immediately to report the transaction and try to reverse it.
This store looks professional and appealing, which makes it easy to fall into the trap — but it is a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid Techtrek.Store completely.

It’s a scam. Report them!
You pay, they send you a confirmation for your order then radio silence.
When you call in they hang up on you, the delivery period is 2-5 days, I am heading into a second week.
When you actually get some on the line whether through the site or call(which is rare) they give you promises that it will be dispatched tomorrow. Only for them not follow through.
Honestly these people are scamming us

TechTreksa is a Scam
I bought a gas stove. Delivery kept being delayed, and I requested a refund. No refund received. No one responding via their online chat or email or phone number. I was told to go open a case at the SAPand submit the case number to my bank who will be in communication with Payfast for the refund. I was told the company is a scam.

Techtreksa.store runs a beautiful website with the explicit motive to take your money for nothing. Your order confirmation once you've made payment is the only communication you will receive. You will not receive the goods, you will not get an answer when calling their telephone number. You will not get a response to an email. In fact, it is as though you've never placed an order and paid for it.

On 16 September 2025 I ordered a bar fridge and paid online and paid in full. Till today 23 September 2025 I have not received my goods. When calling the contact number from their website it is not answered and no e mails are also answered.

This company is an absolute shamble. No client support. Promises refunds and that is not happening.

ONLINE ORDER FROM TECHTREK NOT DELIVERED
On 21 August 2025 I ordered 20 boxes of duplicating paper online and paid in full. Till today 13 September 2025 I have not received my goods. When calling the contact number from their website it is not answered. When tracking my order I get message that my order is in the dispatch process. On 10 September 2025 I received an email from techtrek saying they will deliver on 12 September 2025.but that did not happen. I desperately need assistance. May they please refund me so that I can order somewhere else. Order No. #TTK1029.
