Sebastian is very professional and was extremely helpful when I was deciding what to buy.
I purchased a Tec One LED light with a Yellow H25 canister battery, excellent light, however, for the type of diving I do I need to get a wider beam light. For a back up I got a mini 3xpg, great performance.
I also picked up GoPro Hero Video Lighting Set, I don't use it as often as I should. The lights are very bright, especially during a night dive.
I bought a Perch heating shirt and heated dry glove warmers, the shirt is light weight, I don't notice it at all and yet it keeps me warm, the heated warmers aren't as good, there is a small area on the back of the hand that is heated, possibly I'm doing something incorrect, I wouldn't buy them again based on my experience.
Finally I have a UTD BCD and back plate, very low profile and easy to dive.
I'd by again from Tec Dive Gear!

Every time I've tried to deal with TDG, directly or indirectly, has been a PITA. If they weren't the sole xDeep distributor in the US, I wouldn't deal with them at all.

For the price I wasn't expecting much. I was surprised that it fit my PADI training materials, keys, pens, and c-cards. The re-filler pages cost less than PADI repacement books. It comes with checklists, address books, site map grids.. but I don't use those. I use the checklist which is nice to have in a zipped up log book.

Ya, not a fan. Unfortunately I am not a tech dive geek but more of a pragmatic diver who frequently dives in somewhat extreme situations so much of what I see offered is ridiculous overkill and the other half is just high priced necessities.

For some years I am client Tec Dive Gear and have always had positive experiences in the purchase of a product and the rapid response to a related question about a technical question or the characteristics of a particular product.

Great shipping great customer service. I end getting my order with in a day ! it all depends where you're shipping to I live in the same state it was shipped to but I would say with the New York New Jersey Pennsylvania Connecticut it's all the same about a day or two tops.

I purchased the xDeep Black (Bottom Timer originally, then upgrade to the Nitrox Version) from Tec Dive Gear. The product was provided in a reasonable time-frame consistent with their promise.
When I received it I could not perform firmware updates due to what was determined to be a bad cable by xDeep factory. It took some work with xDeep to try and resolve this but once Tec Dive Gear was in the loop this was resolved very quickly. After getting the new cable things seemed okay at first until the unit wouldn't charge or operate. I dealt with Tec Dive Gear directly and they promptly resolved this. As a result I purchased the Nitrox firmware update from them and have found that working with them is more efficient and satisfying then trying to work with the manufacturer directly.
Net, they are very good to work with and address problems quickly.

I purchased a 12V LED lighting system from a North American company, and required a 12V cannister to supply power. This was my first purchase of a 12V system with E/O connectors. The initial experience with tecdive gear was good in terms of questions back to me on my specific requirements. As it turns out there was a difference in the 12V wiring between the two components and subsequent tech support to help resolve connection issues has been prompt. I am definitely a return buyer from this company

Ordered update for XDeep BT to EANx, immediately got the code by email.

I called for a recommendation on BCD. Sebastian spend an hour on the phone with me providing expert advice on both specific product and sidemount diving in general. Needless to say he helped me choose a product and offered advice that has greatly improved my diving.
