Do not go to Tecaz. Unfinished kitchen, broken promises, delays at the start.
Made me feel vulnerable and they couldn’t care less.
Take your money quickly, can’t believe the situation I was left in.
Extractor fan and kitchen tiled which had to be done prior to extractor fan fitting which made cooking inconvenient.
Fitter was not ill. He was fitting another job and kept promising 2 weeks ago to “ fit me in”
Promised to sent “ the apprentice” instead. Didn’t happen.
It removes the joy of a new kitchen anticipating when I would be “fitted”. Which I have not !

The service we have had this morning from Tiegan at tecaz sunderland was fabulous, we had a problem with our shower and she was able to solve it for us, , greatful to carl who is able to fit it for us, thankyou to tecaz , you have great staff.

When I started looking for a kitchen I went to Tcaz in Stockton-on-tees. Kev the designer was great. Then on the delivery date of my kitchen came I got told I didn't have a sink as the one I ordered was no longer available (This was on the actual day of delivery and fit) I had to take another one even though it wasn't what I wanted but was told they had nothing else. The sink is small and ruins the look of my kitchen I don't like it as its a bowl and a drainer and the one I wanted was a bowl and a half. I think they could have been in touch well before delivery so I could look elsewhere if they said it was out of stock. Phil the joiner fitted my kitchen and it was amazing. When he finished or so he thought as he had forgot to cut my cuttelery tray. He told me he would call back after waiting about 6 weeks numerous messages to him and phone calls to tcaz nothing. I then had to pay again to get my kitchen finished by a kitchen fitter from Wickes that was fitting my friends kitchen. So if I didn't I would still be waiting now.

We went to Tecaz with an idea of renovating out bathroom. Once we got into the showroom we were seriously overwhelmed until we were pointed in Elaine's direction. Elaine is a star, we told her what we wanted in a new bathroom and she took all the hard work out of our hands. She has amazing design ideas, a pleasure to work with and helped us pick out our new bathroom with ease. We used Elaine's fitting team, Phil, Chris and Tom. They were amazing and put their heart and soul into our new bathroom. They were talented, polite and respectful. As a result we now have a dream bathroom.

Just had a bathroom re-fit from Tecaz Stockton. Michael Singh was very helpful with the project design and our fitters Phil and Norman have done a great job.

Just had a bathroom fitted by Tecaz @ Stockton. A really good experience - Michael Singh was our Sales Advisor and so helpful in working out what we actually wanted and we found the fitters to be reliable and efficient. A good experience all round!

A fantastic service from Elaine at Tecaz she has real talent for bathroom design. I originally had no idea how I wanted it to look, Elaine made it so easy to help me choose and give great advice. Thank you so much i would highly recommend.

I was referred to Tecaz by a very happy family member who had her bathroom renovated by them. Elaine and Phil came out to look at what needed done and offered some very good advice and ideas as to what would work and look good etc., and I felt very confident going ahead with the renovation. I visited the showroom to look at the bathroom furnishings etc and Elaine had some brilliant ideas and had picked out some quality products and showed me how they would look & fit etc via a floor plan – her advice and knowledge of the products & design ideas were second to none! The Fitters, Phil, Tom and Chris were all lovely and were very polite, courteous and very respectful for the whole duration of the renovation, which lasted @ 8 days. I was kept up to date and informed of what was happening, at every stage and they were always on hand to answer any questions I had and offered excellent knowledgeable advice where it was needed. Elaine was also available to contact at any time via mobile. I will definitely recommend Tecaz to anyone considering a new bathroom as my experience with them was seamless and very positive – and my gorgeous new bathroom was finished to perfection! Thank you!

the Scudo traditional shower unit they were selling in their 'Sale' in their Sunderland branch for £299.99 reduced from RRP £534 (if I'd had the presence of mind to search online) was actually going for £150 at various online outlines. Of course I didn't search and bought impulsively and now feel such a mug getting ripped off. Note to self..avoid this place next time!

We bought a full bathroom from theys cowboys and on day one the shower thermostat control snapped off on it's first use🙁we took it back to the shop still in its box I have the Vidio footage of the female manager refusing a exchange or a refund 🤔 I will fully intend on uploading my Vidio of this ordeal soon after we have took legal advice on taking theys to the small claims court

Right from the start when Elaine and Phil the fitter come to measure up for a en-suite, bathroom and down stairs toilet, this whole experience has been amazing. I had no idea what I wanted but with the passion, expertise and knowledge Elaine explained everything very clearly and give me all my options and personalised it to my taste. This lady knows what she is talking about and is stunning at her job. Elaine also works closely with the fitters to make sure everything goes smoothly. The fitters were also amazing, every day they turned up on time, cleared away every night, they were very polite and courteous and have done an exceptional job. I’m so happy with everything and would definitely recommend

I was recommended to go and see Elaine and I was so glad I did!
It was like she could read my mind, she knew exactly what I was after and she really knows her stuff!
She arranged fitters for me as well who were absolutely brilliant! Really canny lads and really respectful and good at what they do!
So happy with my bathroom, puts the rest of the house to shame 😂

I had both my kitchen and bathroom done through Tecaz and all of the goods are excellent quality and they both look amazing throughout! Really quick service and all very helpful, they put me in touch with two brilliant fitters as well. Love my new bathroom and kitchen, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Mohammed was extremely helpful in advising us about our bathroom. He showed us a number of options which enabled us to pick what we wanted. The bathroom fitters, Adam and Andrew were great. They were very hardworking, on time every day and always cleaned up went they left. In fact they finished the bathroom earlier than expected. We have no hesitation in recommending Tecaz and their staff 👍. Michael and Elaine

Get comfy, this will be a long review and it’s in 2 parts…

First part - Tecaz. Having watched an insane amount of renovation programs we had crazy, CRAZY ideas for doing our en-suite and main bathrooms. We knew that Tecaz did bathrooms but discounted them as they don’t have their own fitters (more in part 2!). But we tootled along for a quick look to get some sensible ideas. What a showroom! It’s vast! There’s everything from basic suites for landlords etc right up to very high-end designs and suppliers. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable, they will do their best to help, everything we needed was quickly ordered and delivered safely.

Yes, we went for a look and ended up ordering through them. Which can only mean one thing… part 2!

So, turns out that though Tecaz don’t employ their own fitters, they do have independent designers on the ground, and they work hand in hand with their own fitters and with Tecaz. Step forward Elaine and Phil! Elaine looked at my insane Pinterest board and bravely said she could design something with us. And boy, did she! She somehow took my imagination and my budget and designed something out of this world! Seriously, I’m going to sell tickets it’s so good! She was determined to do the best for us. She worked tirelessly with Tecaz and suppliers to get us the best of everything. She was personally involved at every step - nothing was too much trouble. And then Phil and his gang stepped in to fit them, and it turned out that he is as dedicated as she is! Clean, tidy, quick, respectful - Phil takes pride in doing a great job and is not afraid of trying something new (gold glitter grout anyone?). The results are stunning and seriously belong in a magazine.

I was dreading the upheaval of redoing our bathrooms but they needed doing as me and my husband are now disabled. But it’s been a great experience . Tecaz, Elaine and Phil are a hell of a team. I just wish I knew the words to fully explain how good they all are and how much I recommend them. (BTW they do kitchens too!)

Super customer service & after sales.
We had a number of units in long term storage. Paul & receptionist were able to trace the order, confirm items were available & allow immediate collection.
Not often your problems are resolved so quickly & in such a brilliant positive manner.

We went to Tecaz in Pennywell Sunderland and booked in a designer to see us for 27 June at 4pm but never showed up. We called Tecaz at Pennywell at 5pm and spoke to a young lady who called the designer to ask where he was. The designer said that he was too scared of lifts and just left. When I had expressed my disappointment to young lady on the phone that I had used a half day annual leave to allow him access, she just laughed and said 'oh well'. The lady on the phone was very patronizing and condescending. I asked if a different designer would be able to attend instead and she said that someone would call on the Monday of the following week. We never received a phone call and we have never heard from Tecaz since.

I have been really impressed by the friendly, helpful and informed service I have had here. Harry was extremely knowledgeable and full of ideas: he was also personable, charming, and adaptable in the face of my frequently changing decisions!

There was a huge range of choice of most things, not so much in the way of cladding, although I admit this is not what they say they specialise in. Everything else from toilets to taps was beautifully laid out in the showroom and shown to best advantage.

Ross and the dispatch team were super-fast and efficient. Paula has been outstanding in her efforts to speed things up and came out to have a chat about how best she could help when I called in to pick up supplies ☺️ Everything arrived exactly as promised apart from one small box which I was told would be brought over by hand later on the same day.

When, through my own fault, we had to change some of the order - after delivery! - this was sorted out with no arguments or problems, and the replacements were ready within 24 hours.

Having been let down extremely badly by one builder in the process of trying to get my two bathrooms updated, the cheerful, accessible and effective service at Tecaz (which was also highly recommended by the excellent builder that I eventually chose) has brought a big smile to my face.
