Magical place in the middle of the Peruvian jungle
During my 2 months at the Taricaya eco reserve I learned a lot about myself and the nature surrounding me. I learned how to feed animals, how to treat them, how to see in what kind of mood they are. I learned about the jungle and the wild animals living in it. I documented the species in the jungle to monitor their populations. After the activities were done on a day I hung out with some fellow volunteers and staff members and had the time of my life. The facilities aren't 5 stars, but what would you expect in the middle of nowhere. It really is a back to basic experience and I loved it!
