DO NOT USE - If I could give a 0 star rating - I would.

We were recommended Tardis by the company who service our small residential pool. We needed to drain & refill the pool with a water delivery.

We contacted Tardis, and asked for a quote to FILL OUR DRAINED POOL. They asked for the dimensions of the pool. We provided the length/ width of the pool & the depths of the pool at both the shallow and deep end.
At no point did they ask for any further information & instead provided a quote of circa £1,000.
They did not make clear that this WOULDN’T fill our pool, and that we would need a min of another 3 deliveries to do so.

When we questioned this, and said they had not raised this at all during any of the communications ahead of time or when providing the quote, the ‘Director’ David Furlong, was incredibly rude, and unhelpful. He purposely avoided answering any of the questions or concerns we raised over email, pretending not to understand our frustrations and just stating we needed to pay for more deliveries. When we asked about the complaints process and who to talk to, he claimed it was only him to speak to - but he is impossible to deal with.
To be clear, the water they provided filled not even 1/3 of our pool & took 3 x longer than their website claims to pump water in.
By their comms it should have taken no more than 30mins and it took almost 2hrs.

No communication from the driver ahead of arrival, despite claiming they would & just an all round useless company. GO ELSEWHERE.

We have worked with Tardis Environmental for a number of years and have always found them to be professional, responsive and extremely reliable. Their team consistently delivers a high standard of service and communication, even when dealing with urgent or complex requirements.

What stands out most is their willingness to go above and beyond to help customers. They are organised, knowledgeable and clearly take pride in what they do. It is refreshing to work with a company that values long term relationships and genuinely cares about delivering a quality service.

We also appreciate that, in the waste industry, things do not always run perfectly to the minute. Traffic conditions, site access and the fact that the exact volume of waste at each collection site is not always known in advance can naturally affect timings. Despite this, the team always communicates well and does everything possible to keep customers informed and collections running smoothly.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Tardis Environmental to anyone looking for a dependable and professional environmental services provider.

Useless company.

I ordered two water tankers and gave clear instructions about the hoses required for delivery. Due to an admin error, the hoses were not sent with the tankers.

Rather than taking responsibility for their mistake, I was charged an additional amount because they had to return to site to collect the hoses.

Even after that, they still failed to complete the order properly.

The whole experience was badly handled from start to finish. Poor organisation, poor communication and no accountability.

A real shambles. Avoid.

What a shower of shite this company is they take payment of £1122 that should of been £112 then dont turn up on the day you book them using the OUR DRIVER BROKE DOWN full of shite these fools are run by kinder garden i should have known to aviod TARDIS i used to work there same old same old

The management, if it can even be called that, treats staff poorly, showing a complete disregard for their well-being. They expect exceptional results akin to those of companies like Elon Musk but do so while operating on a shoestring budget. I strongly advise avoiding this workplace at all costs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tardis has proven to be one of the most unreliable and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with.

They send daily emails claiming they cannot attend jobs, which creates huge disruption for us. On one occasion, they failed to attend four times in a row for the same customer — an embarrassing and costly failure that directly impacts our reputation as a business.

Even worse, Tardis expects our own customers (the end users) to remove cassettes themselves for their drivers to empty. This is not only outrageous but also a clear health and safety breach. Their drivers are supposedly trained and equipped for the work, but instead, the responsibility is pushed onto people who are neither prepared nor qualified.

Overall, Tardis has consistently let us down, making us look poor in front of our clients, costing us time and money, and showing zero accountability for their failings. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere for a supplier that can actually deliver on their promises.

Perhaps the worst backstabbing two faced bunch I ever had the misfortune to deal with,lies and deception continuously from these so called managers,pathetic really,so glad I’m not there any more .If you want to be put upon and then ignored,go right ahead.

A driver from this Company entered property illegally, opening private gates, driving down a private driveway causing damage.. so he could turn round as he was at the wrong address to empty a septic tank, no apology.
I telephoned the Company, I was told the Transport Mangager would call me back... no call.
I then found a mobile number for the Ops Director on their website, telephoned and explained the situation, he apologised and told me that the Transport Manager would call... he did, 5 minutes later saying "he had tried to call me", lies sadly as no missed calls on my mobile.
I e mailed Ring photographs showing their driver entering the property and was told it would be investigated and revert later that day...nothing, I've e mailed afew times, an apology, they have spoken with the driver and that's it.
I was left with a damaged water pipe that we have repaired through no fault of my own.
Thankfully I'm not a customer, nor would I use this Company or recommend it.

The support I have received from Tardis over the past few years has been outstanding, I simply can’t fault them.
I highly recommend them to all of my customers, colleagues and friends.
Tardis are by far the best in the business!

Quite honestly the worst company i have ever the misfortune to deal with. Never turn up when arranged, Tardis decide to go when they want to not when you actually book them. Customer service is shocking, they lie, they invoice for abortive costs for not being able to carry out services on a day when they are not due there anyway - ABSOLUTELY USLESS

Our toilet should be serviced weekly but it we are constantly having to chase it up. 5 out of the last 10 weeks have been missed. Last weeks service was due on Tuesday we were told it wouldn't be serviced until Friday. When we chased it Friday PM we were told it would be 1st thing Monday. When we chased it 1st thing Monday we were told it would be later that morning. When we chased it Monday PM we were told it would be 1st thing Tuesday. It is now Tuesday AM and we still haven't seen anyone.

Excellent, reliable service
