The only reason I ordered from this…
The only reason I ordered from this website was because they had good reviews and were offering delivery within 2-3 working days. The products they sell are everywhere.
Following my order, 4 working days later (plus 2 weekend) I received an email informing me that it takes another 4 working days to receive the products in their warehouse... nevermind to my house. I never received the products as it was so delayed so had to cancel and look somewhere else. Plumbers had to be rebooked as well, even though I took quite a few days margin.

Waste for sink
Unfortunately the waste I bought doesn't work well. I was suggested to return it, but that means I need more plumber work.

Just don't try and return anything.
Products and delivery are ok but returns have been cumbersome, inconvenient and costly.
Couriers turning up as late as 9 pm despite paying costly return fees, and that's after the difficulty of printing numerous returns forms and emailing multiple photos via email. Would use again for basic, low cost stuff but not for any bigger items or where you were in two minds.
Customer service has been fairly responsive but a functioning portal would be good too.

Product was/is great
Product was/is great . Only issue was with the courier as they threw it ( fragile!) Over the gate at the end of our drive. I have fed this back to them also. Luckily it wasn't damaged!
