I placed an order for sheep supplies on 11 March. It was not dispatched until 18 March and when it arrived one of the items was missing. There was a handwritten scrawl saying ‘to follow’ but that is the only communication I have received. I have tried to contact the company via their website and by phone but have had no response to my messages and the phone is never answered. It is the first time I have ordered from Tanner Trading and it will definitely be the last!

Poor service. Order placed 12 days ago and still not received. Customer service will not answer their phones or reply to emails.

They use FedEx who repeatedly misdeliver and tanner trading located my product and basically told me the area and go find my product myself . Its a large item and im disabled

I made a purchase on 14/01 told would be sent on 48hr delivery within 5/7 days and spoke to customer services multiple times being told they are in stock (we are just busy) still no dispatch email and then to be ignored by customer services for 2 days and now we are on working day 9 to receive an email stating they’ve had a stock issue and have cancelled my order.
Absolutely appalling service.
I ordered a package from Tanner Trading which never arrived. When I contacted them to ask where it was, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and frankly snotty employee who blamed “the weather” — despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with the weather at the time.
I then requested a full refund due to non-delivery. That refund has still not been processed or received.
Poor communication, poor attitude, and no accountability. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Thank you ruining my 6 year old Christmas the only thing he really really wanted!!

I've read the less glowing reviews but found the opposite. Tanner Trading were extremely easy to deal with.
Communications were excellent with email updates at each stage. Delivery was rapid and the price was a lot lower than Amazon's.
On this experience I would happily buy from them again.
It's far to much detail to go into which I find depressing so I'll give the short version, first time using then guys which I should've checked reviews before buying and it could've said me a headache, from the day I paid they didn't send out the items until 4 days later, that was only because I called them up to chase up what's going on , then that's when the lies started 👎🏻 these guys aren't only liars but rather incompetent and they give the excuse we're busy 😳 we the public don't care your busy, that doesn't help us that you are making money, money that you shouldn't be making because you definitely don't deserve it. STAY CLEAR

Appalling customer service, product not received after three weeks, Royal Mail blamed but tracking number they gave us does not exist, refund requested but no answer and not answering the phone.

I ordered a product. Tanner accepted my payment. They did not say that the product was out of stock. I waited for the delivery and it did not arrive. It is now too late for me to receive the item - I needed it within 2/3 weeks. Since then I have asked for a refund and they have not replied to any of my emails. It is impossible to phone them either. Terrible service. They have my money. I do not have the product I ordered. Very bad service.
The worst, absolutely bad company. the shoes are not leather as advertised. Please steer away from this company. BAD BAD!!!!!!

Ordered a part on quick delivery but took 11 days to deliver. Their level of communication does not even warrant 1 star, basically they have absolutely no interest in customer service or customer support; it is a complete waste of time trying to get any answer from them by any means. I will certainly look to buy from someone else in future, perhaps lack of business will cause them to re-think their attitude but I very much doubt it.
Still waiting for a suckle plate ordered on 31st March on 2-3 day delivery at £5.99. Told 8 days later it would be dispatched for delivery the next day-still nothing. Cow and calf still inside while everyone else has gone out in the sunshine on the grass. Won't use again!
Took order and my money, however nothing forthcoming on dispatch or deliver. Called 8 times with no answer.
Eventually a response to an email. Goods arriving 9 days after order, not good enough during lambing.
More staff needed.
Very disappointing.
The order took 4 weeks to receive my 2 pairs of boots. The products I receive is nothing like the website photos. It is horribly cheap material, it is oversized from the US standard chart size and they never disclosed the country of origin. It is made in China when they pretend to be a hand craft boot made by a family business in Florida. This is misleading advertising and they need to be banned from operating in the US. I reported them to BBB and blocked the credit card charge. They said they will issue a RMA but they are giving me a hard time. I have reached out to the DA of Florida where they have an office and I am filing a complaint to ban them to protect American consumers . These scammers must be stopped.
