My account has been restricted since 31st may. Was requested to send payslips, thought it was intrusive but sent them as requested. They then moved goalposts again and wanted statements, again extremely intrusive but sent them the same day requested.
It’s now been a week they have had all my sensitive paperwork and still no verification complete.
When you send them an email or go on chat it’s a generic email saying they can’t give you a timeframe.
Quick to ask you for something but not quick to get back to you.

Spoken to Jim had an issue with my account and was sorted within 5mins which was great, Jim was helpful and considerate and listened. 5stars great customer service and support 👌

Void winning bets that other sites pay. Very poor offers and worse odds than most sites. Avoid at all costs

Regular promotions and free bets. When I did have an issue with a promotion working as expected, I spoke to Ana who sorted this out for me straight away. Would recommend.

Irene helped with my free bet claim with ease, when they hadn't been credited, turns out my fault, but Irene helped me with goodwill gesture.

I signed up as a new customer and did not receive the promotion stated. I spoke to ‘help and support’ and had no luck.

I spoke again with an assistant called Levi who helped me with my issue in under 5 minutes with no difficulty that was previously presented to me.

I signed up to a new customer sports offer with minimum stakes of £10. Unfortunately, after checking several markets and competitions it was not allowing me to bet a minimum of £10 with a 'Stake limit exceeded message'. I spoke to Levi on chat who was brilliant and offered me a different new join offer and applied the free bets once my initial two £5 bets had settled. Brilliant service.

I left a one star review on here on July 31 for them not honouring their betting bonuses.
A few hours after that review, my account was closed with over £50 in it, I assume for punishment for the one star review. I was told that in 2-5 days the withdraw would be sent, as it already was apparently, but behold, 7 days later, my money is not with me.
Closing accounts of disgruntled customers is naughty business indeed.
I had to delete my old review since the person responding made it all about the bonus'.
I do not care anymore for the bonus', I would like my money back.

Do not bother they will close you account and keep any balances even after you make a deposit with your own money, awaiting final response in order to proceed my complaint with the gambling commission and IBAS
