Ik vind het niet fijn na de updat alleen nog maar op de app te kunnen. In de browserversie vind ik het fijner om profielen op te zoeken. Ook kan ik nu geen berichten meer verwijderen van mensen die niet interessant zijn. Ik moet klikken op een profiel om te zien of er een bericht is. Geef mij de browserversie maar terug!

I have been playing pets game for years this new version is terrible old version was working fine nothing needed to change now everything is broken no longer fun anymore and deleting pages for no reason tagged is useless doesn't even listen to anything bring back old version or fix new version make it fun again or expect to lose money from gold purchases no one will risk buying gold way it is currently

For years, Tagged has been systematically stripping away everything that made the game worth playing. Every upgrade they force through ignores user feedback and further devalues the experience. They have gutted the Pets market and made VIP benefits virtually worthless, effectively destroying the investments users have made over the years.
It’s clear this is a deliberate strategy they are forcing a voluntary exit of the community. By making the platform unbearable, they push users to leave on their own, creating a backdoor way to pull the plug while shielding themselves from legal liability. If we walk away voluntarily, they think they are safe from lawsuits regarding breach of service or the loss of digital assets and Gold. This isn't just incompetence; it’s a calculated, slow-motion shutdown designed to avoid accountability for the millions of dollars users have poured into this platform.

Unfortunately, our words mean nothing to you, whether you're a new or old player. And indeed, if you file a complaint about a feature or anything else, we get punished instead of those who should be. I STILL can't change profile pictures; they're shown first, and then you put back an old picture or none at all!!! You keep checking for the wrong pictures, but no new picture is posted at all. With the old version, it took a while to upload, but it eventually showed up. With this new site, I can never see if anyone has sent a message; I have to click all the buttons to see if there's a message. And in recent months, I bought gold on a few of my profiles whose email addresses had long since been deleted by the provider. I paid for the gold but never received it, even after reporting it several times. They kept sending me to a different service, but to no avail. Only a message that I had to email from the profile in question, even though it no longer exists. I've been playing since 2009, and there were some problems back then, but nothing compared to now. I'm one of your best gold customers, and this is truly undervalued. I find this completely unacceptable. Promising us castles of gold and then leaving us hanging is your downfall in the long run if things don't change.

After 16 years in pet game, the recent updates have traded community loyalty for forced monetization. The transition to the new app is a disaster, characterized by a buggy interface and the destruction of the pets game mechanics. Core features like homepages and gifts have been stripped away, replaced by aggressive pushes for Gold and Luv. With non-existent customer support and arbitrary account restrictions, the platform has prioritized short-term profit over the long-term users who built its success. To save the community, Tagged must restore the original features and listen to its veteran players.

The latest update going via the app is unhelpful and irritating to say the least, whether or not you're a pet player or using it as a dating forum. As a long standing pet player the new version is going backwards not forwards. Personalised profiles...gone. Tags and comments...gone. Top friends...gone. Impossible to find friends as they're all jumbled up in no order let alone whether they're new friends or old ones! Logging in or out is confusing and at time shambolic. Doesn't show quantity of pet buys or even if one is bought, as at times it doesn't appear to auto refresh. All these faults were hilighted to Tagged when they attempted to force the previous update on its users but obviously we were completely ignored. Which isn't surprising as customer service is non existent...be it automated responses or nothing at all. This also applies to randomly deleting profiles...long standing customers or new ones...for no reason whatsoever. Trying to reinstate is next to Impossible as all you get is the automated response...you've violated terms and conditions...then nothing....no investigation at all! They just stop replying to emails. Over the years their customers have spent considerable time, effort and money on pets and tailoring their profiles...Just for it to be gone in seconds and it would appear they do not care in the slightest! After the first attempt to change the version and failing, you'd of thought that they would of consulted their long term users and paid VIP users, to see how they could address the issues but no. Personally I've made a lot of friends from all over the place and there was a sense of community which has now be destroyed. Even if I was using this as a dating app it would be absolutely useless as many of the faults are relevant to that too. Quite frankly this review will probably get ignored too. If only the company would understand that we're trying to make things better for us and also for them too! We're not moaning for no reason, we just want them to listen, speak to long standing users to resolve the problems and act on them. If they don't, then expect to lose considerable revenue!

Just as all your members told you, the new site is horrible! I am locked out of 2 of my accounts (Hi5) and I am unable to play pets. Why do you not listen to the people who keep you in business? NO ONE wanted these changes! Myself and so many others spend REAL money for your fake gold! If you want to improve the site, bring back the home page where people could actually talk and have fun. That is the kind of "improvement" you all need to be making! I don't play meet me, never have, never will, yet I can't get it off my page. Very poor customer service on your part Tagged! Very poor! I've been on Tagged since 2008 and have watched you destroy what used to be my fun time, my escape, to connect with all my friends on the home page, be able to send tags and comments, etc. Yes, I am a pet player and yes I spend real money, so no, NO more! I will not spend another dime on this site! I wish I could give you a less than 0 rating!

Bring the old version of pet game back which was working and was a lot better and fun also.

The direction Tagged has taken over the past few months has seriously damaged the experience for long time users and Pet players. What was once a platform we trusted, invested in, and proudly called home has become frustrating, unsafe, and unrecognizable.
For many of us, Tagged was our home base. We spent years and a significant amount of money supporting this platform because it offered privacy, stability, and a unique community. Since the transition to the app and the introduction of new partners and changes, those foundations have been taken away. User safety, privacy, and identity protection no longer feel guaranteed.
The removal of the original Pet gameplay and its replacement with a poorly designed alternative shows a complete disregard for the loyal community that helped build this platform into what it once was. Instead of preserving what worked and what users loved, Tagged chose to change it and turn the platform into an open community with little concern for privacy or long term players.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but at this point, remaining silent is not an option. These changes are not welcome neither by veteran players nor by new ones who never get to experience what made Tagged special in the first place.
I hope this criticism serves as a wake up call. Progress does not mean destroying the core of your platform or alienating the community that sustained it for years. Until real steps are taken to restore trust, privacy, and respect for long time users, Tagged will continue to lose customers.

very bad change to the new version, many pets players will give up the game...

I've been on the tagged for a long time and I play the pet game. The new changes have disappointed me a lot, as well as all my friends who play that game. You have made our time spent on the site meaningless, as well as a large amount of money invested in gold. I have met a large number of people precisely because of that game, since you did not think about a large number of us who will give up everything, which means that your company will have much less profit.

I am a tagged member since 2009, I made many friends during this time, have a lot of fun, spend a lot of money for my addiction. As a pet player I have seen a lot of changes all these years. But the last one was the worst. They stopped the home page, the gifts and now they completely destroyed everything. It is obvious they don't care for pet players, they never listen to our voice. Their support is garbage, only automatic messages without meaning, they ignore us, don't respect us as players, as individuals who spend a lot of money all these years to built our pet profiles. Ghosting our pages without reason, ignore our reports for stalkers and haters. Supposed they have ToS, expect from us to respect them but they never follow them. WHY they destroyed our game? our fun? We, pet players, are a community who helped tagged all these years and make it strong. As we manage to make tagged strong, we can destroy it too, as they destroyed our fun and our pages. Pet game is not a dating app, its a game. To bad we don't have the option for 0 star, they don't worth my 1 star

Pathetic !? Are they out of their minds? Did any common sense prevail while changing the whole outlook of Tagged? It's become tasteless. Thinking of discontinuing and moving to another sensible platform.

Changing to a new platform has ruined the pet game. They will lose a lot of loyal customers like me that has played since 2006.

THE ONLY REASON I RATE TAGGED 1 STAR IS THERE IS NO ZERO STAR RATING.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE NOVEMBER 2006 AND OUTSIDE OF IT BEING SCAMMERVILLE CENTRAL I DID MEET SEVERAL GOOD FRIENDS WHOM I STILL COMMUNICATE WITH, BUT NO LONGER IN TAGGED.

THE SITE HAS ALWAYS BEEN SCAMMER CENTRAL AND THE OWNERS NEVER CARED.

HOW FRIENDS ARE DISPLAYED NOW IS TOTALLY IDIOTIC AND EVERYTHING THAT IS DIFFERENT WAS MADE WORSE.

Been with tagged since 2007 see a lot of changes this take the cake always the way rying to reinvent the wheel u have slowed the game down to a cralruning a pet over two hurs is just stuped if u let the game alone and quit doing so maney change Alsoi have delt wiith a lot of co.and tagged is the worst i have every delt with seems like thay dont give a sh aout the custumer i just dont play the game i buy a lot of gold to but that dosent seem to matter

I've been playing for several years and I enjoy it. I've met some great people who I talk to daily, and we play the Pet game together.
Now Tagged has decided an update would be good... well, this has ruined everything for everyone who plays Pets.

I hope they reverse all this and make it playable again for all Pets players.
Why change something that was already good?
