I purchased a Cornilleau 440m table…
I purchased a Cornilleau 440m table tennis table. Delivery was quick, and I got some useful tips on assembly. Assembly videos on the website are also great. The table got delivered with a wrong net/holder. It looked different from the video. I sent an email with a picture of the wrong part. Received an answer and a replacement very quickly, as well as an apology for the inconvenience. Great customer service!

This is only about the buying…
This is only about the buying experience and the delivery of the table tennis table, both of which were excellent. A very knowledgeable and helpful lady at the end of the line when placing the order and then almost immediately (3 days later) the delivery and assembly of the table by two efficient men. The table and accessories arrived on time by a very friendly team who not only assisted in placing the boxes in a convenient position, but gave very useful advice on assembling the table. It is a very good quality table which we think will last for years, given our experience of playing for more than 1/2hr every day since we assembled it three months ago: we are very pleased with the purchase. Only one query - why is my partner improving much faster than me?
