Great welcome and well looked after

Flexibility. My car was booked in for an MOT but en-route I had a puncture on the M25. Porsche recovery got me to Porsche Leiscerter in two stages and the team in service managed to source new tyeres for me. I had a hire vehicle from enterprise over the weekend via breakdown. It all went together perfectly. Many thanks to the service team

Walking into the showroom great welcome by the reception team. Really looked after by Alex Robinson, no hard sell, listened to my requirements and budget.
Came up with options that were suitable at no time being pushy.
I felt very comfortable.
Collecting the car I had ordered on 24.4.27. It was a memorable experience. I was given time to ask any questions the car was fully explained.

I bought my Porsche electric Macan from a Porsche dealer along distance from my home ( would not repeat this process ).So when I had a fault with my charging point flap and a recall issue I decided to use a Porsche site closer to home.With Leicester being the nearest to my home I booked my car in for jobs to be sorted.I was told they would need my car for 2days but would supply me with a courtesy car.With me living 50 miles from Leicester it was a bit of bind.I was told I could my track my cars progress on their App.My cars work was completed at 4.0pm so it was not necessary to have it for 2days.My gripe is no consideration was taken in the distance I was from Leicester.I had a 100 miles round trip both days.I do understand it could have taken 2days so I should not be too critical.But wait for it I was asked to replace the fuel I used in the courtesy car.The £20 I spent on fuel meant nothing especially when you have spent thousands on the car.Unfortunately the only point I shall remember is paying for the fuel.Penny picking causes a lot of bad will

Having previously bought several new cars from Landrover, we were genuinely bowled over by the level of service offered by Emile Hopkins at Porsche in Leicester; from initial enquiry and test drive to the order and handover of our new car. He made the transaction super easy and definitely went the extra mile when we collected the vehicle on my wife’s birthday. The signage, the champagne (0%), the sweet treats, flowers and gift bag of extras were an incredibly thoughtful gesture.
