I booked my Audi in for a service. I was given my preferred day with a reminder call the day before which I felt was useful and good service.

On the day, I was greeted in a friendly manner and booked in. I was offered a drink and a comfortable and quiet place to sit which was useful.

My service was completed within the time slot and I was given an update and video detailing the service which was felt was a nice touch.

Overall, a positive experience.

Quality of servicing is excellent. Customer service is good but can be a bit obsequious. Also, their constant attention - reminding customer of forthcoming appointment, phoning to ask whether would like to combine service appointment with viewing new cars as own car is now 6 years old. Gets a bit much. Servicing is also expensive.

I rang to make an appointment to look at the range as I am ready to buy a new car. All the sales people were busy but I was told someone would call me back that same afternoon. Days later I am still waiting for that call. If they can't get the selling right then you've no chance with the fixing.......

Welcoming environment, we have been customers for some years and it is good to b greeted by name. A long relationship with the same salesperson has refined the process and we quickly arrive at an agreed purchase/trade-in deal. The overall package is very good. We are treated as valued and respected customers. We are very pleased with the new car.

I was recently fortunate enough to purchase my ninth consecutive Audi, mostly from Audi Harrogate.
This particular car,an Q6 Sportback was handled for me by Adam Gray and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. From the moment I enquired until hand over Adam was, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional, he will be a great loss to Audi as he moves on to further his career.

Throughout the process we were kept informed of progress on the car regularly. The staff we dealt with were pleasant, efficient and very polite and we felt like valued customers of the dealership.

The attitude of the staff, especially Hannah Jones and Crystal. Friendly but professional. Helpful and straightforward without being overly attentive or oleaginous or obsequious. Little touches such as being met by name as one arrived - easy to organise with a man and a list of license numbers + related names BUT someone thought to do it, so clever.

I've just used Harrogate Audi for a major service and brake fluid change. The whole process from booking the car in to waiting while the work was carried out was really straightforward. The staff were really helpful and I was well looked after while I waited.

I have to say that despite not able to finally lease a car for my business , Adam T from Audi Harrogate was outstanding . He was very patient and did his best to finalize the lease. For personal reasons I have to opt out but the service was great throughout.

I initially, wrote a 4* review due to some teething problems. Yet a couple of months later, I am having to change my review to a more negative one.

This is the second time I have purchased from Sytner Harrogate as a long distance sale. The first time went smoothly, I did not keep the car for very long though as I could not get along with gearbox. It was very clunky and slow changing gears.

I recently purchased an Audi from them again - this time a manual due to lack of stock locally and no deals to be had.

The sale itself was fine and they gave me a fantastic deal. That's when the issues started to creep in. I have a private reg - aside from printing out some plates for me and offering to guide me through the admin process, they wouldn't deliver the car with the plates on. I had to do all that myself. The plates were in the car for me to screw on - but they did not screw on easily. Locally, it would have been all sorted for me to receive the car with the plates on.

I then had to contact Audi Customer Services to updated the reg number so my local dealer could find my car under the correct plates and I could also buy service plans under it. Audi informed me that I was not listed as the new owner and I would need to bring the logbook and ID into my local dealer. I went back to Harrogate and was informed (and sent a screenshot) showing myself as the owner on the dealership wide system. The registration number had not been updated and I was told 'not to worry about it.' Locally, they update this. Now I will have to keep a note of the original reg number so my car can be found on the system.

I had to wait for Sytner to set up the Audi App for me as the spare key had had the code/tag removed - again an issue that I have never had locally. In fact they emphasise the importance of leaving this attached to the spare key. Considering the previous owner was a Sytner employee they should have known this.

The car arrived - the lock and wheel nut was missing. A back and forth ensued and I had to wait a fair while to receive a replacement. I almost ended up ordering a compatible one off eBay. Thankfully, I had one because...

I was driving to work one morning and the tyre pressure warning light came on. It appeared I had a very slow puncture. I took it to a tyre place and there was no puncture. They found an old repair had started leaking. I hadn't had a puncture on this car so this had happened with the previous owner. Upon further inspection - the inside tyre wall was damaged which is caused by it being driven with very little to no air in it - I had not driven it in such a state. As a result the tire needed replacing and I had a to pay £175 to fix somebody else's puncture and unbeknownst to me had been driving on a dangerous tyre.

Oh yeah... the Start/Stop system doesn't work either. I guess I know why there was such a good deal on this car and it has left a sour taste. In future I will be using an alternative Sytner branch or sticking locally even if it will cost more.

I used to really rate Sytner Audi Harrogate but I don't think I will be using them again - I have lost faith.

The price quoted on the central Audi website for a standard service on a A6 is not honoured. The poor level of responses to my complaint was compounded by Audi uk when I complained to them - they wanted me to go back to the dealer with a v5 (2 hour round trip) before they could progress my complaint as I was not set up on the system. They said that even though Audi digital had me registered and had seen my V5 and allowed my App to open and close the car, that was a different part of Audi that they could not access. They wouldn’t accept emails either. Their poor timing for acknowledgement of complaint, their poor attitude and even trying to charge for a warranty item on a 2 year old car are all indicative of what you can expect. A more realistic representation of Harrogate Audi is seen on Cardealer reviewsuk where they are bottom rated garage in knaresborough and ranked 9068th out of 9847 dealers in the uk. I think that says it all - I don’t always trust reviews but bottom of the heap tends to mean they are bottom!

After sales service was great with brilliant communication all round and just a thoroughly nice experience from the whole team really. Can’t thank them enough, it was helpful and easy.
