Having tried group swimming which Chloe struggled with, we switched to Swimway. Chloe loves it, especially her instructor Chris who is exceptionally patient, and always makes the sessions fun. She loves it so much she literally asks me all week when she can go next! Her confidence and swimming ability have both come on hugely. Cannot recommend Chris and Swimway enough for high quality swim lessons, albeit on the pricier side.

Our son Oran, soon to be turning 4, has been having lessons with Swimway for over 3 years. His ability and confidence in the water is a testament to the teachers he has had. His current teacher, Paulina, is continuing the fantastic work, making the lessons both joyful and engaging. Highly recommend.

They are very professional and do an excellent job. Chris is the best instructor. He is very patient, great with children, and makes them feel comfortable in the water.

Our daughter was initially not used to the water and was hesitant about swimming. Thanks to Chris, she is now swimming quite well. She enjoys swimming and is always happy to attend her lessons.

The pool and the facilities are always clean, modern, and well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better.

Our swimming teacher Jitka has been absolutely wonderful. My son was very anxious about getting in the swimming pool at first but Jitka has made swimming such a fun activity with no pressure to do anything that he feels is too much, that it’s now his most favourite activity of the week. She has lots of patience with the children (!) and is great at taking time to clearly explain things and reassure the children. My son’s swimming and his confidence in the pool has improved so much. We love it!

Our 2-year old daughter started swimming lessons with SwimWay when she was 6 months old, and she has been enthusiastic about them all along. Both Chiara and Sandro have been amazing teachers, very gentle and encouraging even with such young children, and also so much fun! Our daughter can't wait for her next lesson and now every time she is in the water, pool or sea, she is comfortable and never scared. We will definitely continue!

We took a location further from home to make sure we could have Sandro. He is without a doubt the BEST teacher especially with younger kids...so engaging and makes it so much fun. 5 stars all around!

We absolutely loved Marcel as our daughter’s swimming teacher. Over the course of just one school year, he has helped her make outstanding progress - she’s now like a little fish in the water! His calm and considered manner really puts her at ease and builds her confidence in the pool. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a patient, effective, and encouraging instructor.

I can't recommend SwimWay enough, and specifically Chris and Cecilia who have been so wonderful with our children. A year ago my 6 year old was so nervous of swimming and getting her face in the water and now she is a total fish, just loves swimming. They are such positive and consistent instructors, they really care about the children and teaching them to swim.

We have tried a number of different Swim schools in the area and we have been so impressed with SwimWay, their organisation and availability for lessons is fantastic and we've now been a client for well over a year. Both my sons are taught by Sandro who is absolutely fantastic and strikes the right balance of being professional, knowledgeable but kind and caring too. Both my children absolutely love their swim lessons and we are so grateful to Sandro for building their confidence in the water in such a fun way!

My two daughters, 5 and 7, are taking lessons with Chris and Nathalie for the past year at Swimway Holland Park and I am very pleased with their progress. First of all, both my daughters are always so excited to attend their lessons which is great to see. Second, both instructors are very professional - never missing any lessons, being fully present in the lesson, giving full attention to my daughters and teaching them correct forms in various swimming styles simultaneously. Classes are fun and productive. Excellent experience - I highly recommend!

Sandro is absolutely amazing! We cannot recommend him enough. Our little boy has become such a great swimming in such a short period of time thanks to Sandro and his wonderful teaching!

Jitka is a wonderful teacher. Our son has been attending swimming lessons with Jitka at the Balham / Tooting pool since September and loves it. She has a wonderful manner with her students, provides helpful guidance and support for parents and encourages the babies to learn to love and enjoy the water whilst being safe.

I love this place. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. The progress children make in every class is incredible. I highly recommend it. I’ve tried two locations for my children, and the method was the same in both places. They’re fantastic!

My daughter and son both attend swimming at Swimway with Marcell and Sandro. Both teachers are absolutely brilliant, my kids look forward to swimming every week and they are both absolutely awesome little swimmers now. Totally confident and safe in the water too.

My daughter has been learning swimming with SwimWay for few years now. It’s a great school and current teacher Tiago is really good. He teaches well and makes lessons fun as well. My daughter enjoys sessions with him.

My 4 year old twins started with Ana and Sandro at the beginning of the term and they are ABSOLUTELY LOVING their sessions with them. They have both learnt SO much in a very short space of time. Ana and Sandro are the two best swimming coaches any of my children have ever had. They are patient kind instructive and above all make the lessons incredibly fun! I can’t praise them enough. This is a life skill and I am very grateful to them for giving it to both of them. THANK YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH.

We had quite a few unfortunate experiences with SwimWay having frequent changes of swim instructors. We struggled to maintain consistency for our son and we considered going elsewhere. Thankfully, we were recommended Sandro by a friend, and he now teaches both my children in Kew Gardens SwimWay. I can’t speak for other instructors at Swimway, but I highly recommend Sandro as a swim instructor. Always on time, consistent, reliable and a great swim coach. My children are performing really well under his guidance.

We've been attending SwimWay at Sheen Mount for over six months and have been really impressed with the experience. The lessons are well organised, communication is excellent, and the facilities are great. Gabor is fantastic at making the sessions fun and engaging while ensuring the children make rapid progress. We've seen a huge boost in our child's swimming ability and confidence, and would highly recommend SwimWay to other families.

My 5 year old daughter swims weekly with Chiara and we are really beginning to see the result of the consistent swim exercises. The sessions have built my daughter's comfort and confidence in water for her safety and enjoyment for life!

My daughter started lessons with Chris at Home Guards a couple of months ago and she’s gone from refusing to get into the swimming pool because she was so scared to now absolutely loving swimming. This is due to having such a wonderful teacher! Chris is incredibly patient, makes the lessons fun, and also really makes an effort to build a rapport with her which has supported her confidence and love of swimming. We couldn’t have asked for anything more - thank you!
