Tommy was most efficient, polite and helpful when he serviced my boiler last week. I would not hesitate to use the company again when required.

After last year's hugely overpriced boiler service (less than 15 mins) I felt grave reservations about booking this time, but I can find nothing but praise for Swift's engineer, Tommy! A brilliantly efficient, kind and conscientious young man, Tommy gave every part of this 2 year old boiler and central heating system an expert & thorough service.
It is such a pleasure to come across a young engineer determined to work only to the highest standards and ensure that customers are delighted with his service

Just had Tommy service our 1 year old combo boiler installed last May, I am pleased to say we are happy with the work and service carried out by this company and if asked would recommend them.

Had a new boiler installed , Lewis was fantastic and polite when he came out to inspect the job . On day of install we had Tommy , could not fault hin very kind and did an exceptional job . Highly reccomend this company 5 stars all thw way , thank you Chaz woodrow park

Installed a gas boiler two years ago with no problems. I live in Leeds. I picked this firm because the salesman told me they'd got local engineers to come out for any faults. The first year service, the engineer had to come from quite a distance away. This year, I booked and paid for a service online and only found out on the day that they no longer do servicing in most of West Yorkshire (you have to scroll a long way down the website to find this out). I'm sorry I picked this firm because now I've got to find another firm to service the boiler.

Update May 2026 -
Sadly since this was written, we had an issue with our boiler. It turns out this company didn't send in the correct information and our boiler was not registered with the manufacturer Navien. Luckily Navien were fantastic and registered us but the installation company also did not register our boiler via Gas Safe and we have not got a certificate of compliance! We are now left trying to find someone who will provide us with a retrospective certificate of compliance. We are devastated beyond words, the installation company have since phoenixed, and are no help. Be very aware before using.

2024:
We were talking about getting a new boiler as our then boiler was 23 years old and failing all it's parts.
My husband was looking at new heating systems, when he came across, Swift heating installations, he asked them for a quote for a new boiler [we are oil fired] we were contacted by a sales team member who came out and went through all different options of systems, what they mean. We were informed that if we wanted the same system [Oil fired boiler] that the boiler would be able to move to vegetable oil for future use. This really interested us. There was no hard sell or pressure or harassment to sign up. We took our time and even obtained two quotes from a company we had used in our area and a random company.
One quote was similar, the other was a few thousand more for a different system that we had in a previous property but didn't want or like.
We chose Swift heating installations and we are so pleased we did. We put a deposit of £100. Down and chose a date for installation. We were asked if we wanted to use their pay in installments over 3, 5 or 10 years, we opted for an out right payment but to have that (which was not offered by the other two companies) was a really good thing for many who aren't in a position to pay outright.
Two engineers came out, there was an initial confusion between the sales chaps drawings, this was corrected immediately, giving us full faith in the company. Their engineers, customer service, the people are really professional and did an outstanding job.
We will be using them again for a new oil tank and an LPG fire.
Many thanks to Marcus plumber, Dale electrician and Laura customer services for their exceptional work and professionalism. The work was so neat and all cleaned/ tidied. Both inside our garage and outside, fantastic workmanship.
