Many thanks for your order, and for taking the time to write your review. With regard to your address, I'm afraid that when the order was placed only the house number was provided (incomplete address given by customer), inevitably causing a delay with the courier.
This was brought to our attention by the courier the day after despatch, and the street name was added to the label; the package was then sent back out for delivery the following day.
We are only able, I'm afraid, to address the package using the information provided by the customer; should some address information be absent, then a delay in delivery is likely.
Please nevertheless accept our apologies for any communications breakdown, but be assured that all necessary actions were immediately taken by our staff, and the issue solved (package delivered) within one working day.

I was a little sceptical about using Swell Pets because I had never heard of them previously but I was really impressed. My order was despatched very quickly and I was sent several e-mails informing me of the progress of my order. Excellent service which I would recommend.

Swell pets is a excellent company , very good prices and the delivery service is second to none , there next day means next day , been let down so many times by other company's but swell pets have never let me down . And just lately they are even giving free dog treats with with our dog food .

Fantastic Value
The large dog cage I ordered arrived within two days, I was just thirty minutes too late to get next day delivery.
I was a bit dubious about ordering it because it was so much cheaper than any others I had seen but I needn't have worried, it is exactly as described and very good quality.
Excellent packaging and free delivery. A perfect item and great value. I would recommend this particular item from this company one hundred percent.

Handle with care!
My parcel of dog food was delivered to someone else's address so I spent all day tracking it down. Customer Service could not get the delivery info from the driver until he'd been 'interviewed' the next day so I took it upon myself to go house to house until I found my parcel.
The 3 boxes of dogfood I'd ordered were all labelled 'handle with care' but unfortunately were then placed inside a plain larher box with no such instructions on. Needless to say, upon opening I found 5 individual packs had split open in transit. Not happy.
UPDATE 1/10/14. I have received an email from Swellpets offering me a credit or refund for the 5 damaged pouches. I didn't expect this and am very impressed with their customer service. I've updated my star rating from 2 to 4 based on this. Thank you Swellpets. Happy😊

I have used Swell Pets on numerous occasions and find their products are high quality. The delivery times are exceptional , usually next day free of charge. I order our dog food and have found that so far they have never been beaten on price. I happily recommended Swell Pets to family friends and all .
