Great service and very helpful staff.

Super easy and quick communication. Really friendly staff who were open to clear discussions. These guys were sooo efficient at playing Tetris and trying to fit all my junk in the one mod to help me save money. They moved a 2 bedroom apartment in 20 or so minutes. Were able to drive in a super narrow drive way with their truck, I am gobsmacked. So helpful and kept me in the loop with how far they were away. Thankfully arrived earlier in the expected timeframe also. Confirmed the pricing with me at the end and got me to check the apartment and the storage before they went on their way. Loved the transparency and ease of it all. This was the most breezy move, I will never look at moving myself again!

Punctual, efficient and easy! Lucky I ordered two boxes, just in case as we used them both. Unfortunately the truck couldn’t fit up our driveway but the team were super helpful and got the job done quick smart.

It was very easy and clear to schedule a pickup and storage. They were very helpful and provided the vehicle and pod dimensions.

Tiago and Vinny took great care of everything while moving it into storage. Great communication pre arrival and during the move. Made things so much easier and I would definitely recommend and will use for any future moves. Thank you team.

Super easy process from booking to collection, seamless and hassle free (even though I was organising the collection and storage in Sydney whilst I was overseas). Would highly recommend these guys to sort out your storage needs.

No way to contact them on the day. I called 10 times and just rang out and after 5 they said call back Monday.

Driver did not having tracker on and called me 10 min before arrival. 12pm to 5 pm window was too long and without any options to get information on time ,wasted most of the afternoon. I had a helper waiting with me as well. So frustrating and not professional conduct from a service company

No hooks to tie furniture in the boxes and to stop furniture from moving. This was major issue in packing and I would have cancelled if I had another option.
Both these things could be fixed easily and made the experience 5 stars instead of 2. It would have been 1 except the diver was friendly.
