Worst customer service and company doesn’t deliver packages
It’s been close to a month and I still haven’t received my package. Customer service has yet to respond to me on why my package still isn’t delivered even though it stated that customer service would respond within 24 hours. My package stated it would be delivered by Dec 13th and we are now in Jan without my package even being delivered.

Security tag on sweatshirt
I love the Superdry brand, but was disappointed that when I received the sweatshirt it had a security tag on it and was a Christmas gift. They should really check to make sure that the tags are off before shipping, very inconvenient.

Just get it
Just go ahead and get yourself this coat. Not only does it look fabulous, it’s fully insulated to keep you warm. So many versions of this coat look cheap but not this baby, it’s worth every penny and I paid full price for it.

My experience with Superdry was amazing!The coat is so thick and warm to the extent where I can just wear it with a t-shirt under.This is a 5 star coat and has extraordinary quality for its price! I most definitely would recommend this coat to others!!

The quality my family loves, the smiles that matter the most to me!
I ordered a gift for my Son-in -Law very close to Christmas time (two weekends before this holiday) my package was estimated to arrive the week of Christmas however it arrived much sooner as in less than 5 business days- IMPRESSIVE and full applause 👏 😀. My family shops Superdry for any big occasions for gift giving. The quality is outstanding and is built to last! I don't make as much to buy more than one clothing article at a time, given that these coats can cost up to $200 with shipping. I can always count on the family just swooning over these sweaters and jackets though. I will never be wrong with purchases for my family at Superdry!
