The discount code didn’t work even though the jacket was full price. Ordered anyway, but will have to contact customer service which is just a waste of my time.

I will not purchase anything from this company ever again! I’ve emailed them several times and I have received no answer about my missing order that contained my daughter’s Christmas gift as she wanted and needed a new coat. They have no customer service personnel so you end up repeating the same thing over and over again and no solution in sight! Don’t waste your money or your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

The jacket that I ordered from your company has not been delivered in almost three and a half weeks. Trying to contact your company is almost impossible because they do not respond to you for at least a week later. And if I have to cancel I cannot do that because I didn't receive the product to return it.

My shipment was most but Superdry got back to me and helped me out. The representative was tentative and explained everything. Just because there was a set back doesn’t mean my world is ending or my day is bad. I made the order again. I can’t wait to get it!

Ordered items on December 8 and still haven’t received them.

When I ordered my code, I was excited and the email that confirmed my order said it will arrive by December 12. It’s already December 22 and there is no communication about my order. I emailed the helpdesk five different times and put in five tickets to ask where my coat was and on the fifth ticket they sent me tracking and it’s not even being sent to me still. It seems to be hung up with no communication and no advancement that it’s on the way. The worst service in the universe I would never do business with super dry again.

I don’t even have the product to review. Why are you asking for this. It’s been weeks.

My package was delivered 5 days earlier than the email wrote to me and my package was stolen. I reached out for help to try to get a refund or a new jacket and no one responded.

The worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a coat on December 5th, and as of today, the 22nd, I still haven't received my package.

My daughter ordered this beautiful black coat which also came in brown. I ordered the brown and it’s fabulous just as described. It arrived in a timely fashion. I couldn’t be any happier!
