I bought a coat and leggings recently and bouth are amazing. The leggings are very nice, specially if you have long legs! The sales assistants are always very helpful and THANK YOU Superdry for not charging for carrier bags!

Shocking customer services and coat only lasted a year!
I bought a lovely coat from Superdry about a year ago. Was very happy with it until the padding started to pool at the bottom of the coat. I opened up the seam to look at what was going on and the pockets holding the padding in place had failed and the stuffing was swimming around loose in the lining of the coat. Not great for one a one year old coat! I had washed the coat only once, following the washing label instructions very carefully. Anyway, I took the coat into my local store and explained the situation but because I no longer had the printed receipt (who keeps their receipts that long?) the store manager said he couldn't offer me anything! I had evidence of my online banking transactions purchasing the coat and wanted to buy a replacement but in the end I had to suggest he offer me at least something off a new coat!! And then I was only offered 10% off (which I probably could have got online anyway!!) I did purchase the coat as I loved the style and needed a replacement(!) But really disappointed, not only in the quality of the coat but also, being a customer who buys regularly from Superdry (which was evident from my online banking records) to not be offered a better discount. Only two days later, I noticed the store offering 20% off coats, when I had only been given 10% off! Shocking customer service! And above the til in the store there's a big banner declaring that the company are trying to be the most sustainable brand. Not very sustainable when your coat only lasts a year... Hoping mark two last longer...

The staff at the Windsor Superdry store…
The staff at the Windsor Superdry store was very unhelpful and rude.
They didn’t serve at the till properly or answered our queries. I would never visit the store again.
