I found the store at the Trafford…
I found the store at the Trafford centre very clean, tidy and very organised. They had a good selection to look at and try on and I was happy that myself and my daughter chose two different winter coats and they are extremely good quality and cosy for the cold winters to come. The lady at the checkout was very nice too.

Great choice of clothing at fair…
Great choice of clothing at fair prices. I found a fleece jacket unlike any other I’d seen. I love it. It’s very comfortable and looks great.

Product great. Service Poor.
Product great. Service poor. Bought from the Trafford Centre store. Seems way under staffed and the staffed there don’t seem to be trained. Long queue at checkout, other staff stood there not doing anything saying they don’t know how to use the till. The lad on the till didn’t know how to replace receipt paper, 2nd person finally did but then needed a 3rd person to print the receipt off. After all this I left with the item only to get to my car and find the safety tag hadn’t been removed.

Long fuji coat
Helpful staff (Trafford centre) did not have my size so she ordered it to be delivered to my address. Got it in 4 days. Couldn't find the design i wanted anywhere else so ended up here, abit on the expensive side.

Helpful staff Bad ♿access
The shop was clean had plenty of sizes the staff were very friendly and helpful the only problem was I used a rolator for a walking aid and in a couple of places in the store there were areas where my walking aid didn't quite fit through the gaps between the rails and in a couple of places there was trip hazards because the wooden floor blended with the bottom of the rails and in store displays but they where raised a few inches of the floor because my walking aid obscures my view of the floor i was either hitting my front wheels or my feet you should review this area of instore access ♿ disabled people enjoy sports and like a clothing brang that can keep us warm and toasty while we push our limits wether that be simple shopping or outdoor sports
