I returned a jacket that was too big and the young lady was very helpful in ordering a smaller size that wasn’t in stock at the Peterborough store.

I visited a Superdry store to get help with a faulty zip on a jacket I recently purchased for around £150. Instead of receiving support, I was met with extremely rude and dismissive behaviour from the store manager. She didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain and provided no real assistance, simply telling me to go to a tailor without even attempting to understand or resolve the issue.
For a brand that charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service. The lack of professionalism and refusal to help was very disappointing. I hope Superdry takes this seriously and improves the way customers are treated.

I invest 94£ for jacket wrongly picked large size i needed x large went back to change they refused to take back coz of no tag but jacket i didn’t even wear it very disappointed

Great shopping experience.. Queensgate Peterborough just popped in to swap a birthday present for a different size, Im a big superdry fan quality clothing and helpful staff! 👍

The size is not comfortable for me, though the material is good and warm.
Store staff said no other size is available.
Please make more sizes available or allow exchange.

Really nice staff at the Peterborough store, some really nice new autumn pieces.

Good clean shop. Took 2 t-shirts to the desk, gentle reminder that it's 3 for £50 on that t shirt range. I like this shop as your free to browse, always someone to help if you need it. Can go in and out of the changing rooms without the need for a clothing count.

All stuff we're very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Very pleasant and professional at the same time. Will be returning.

The store is pretty cool lots of nice clothes and everything ❤️ customer service is 10/10 ❤️
