Superdry - Inverness Bewertungen 

I love the jacket I got but the customer service was lacking, everything.
Both staff were deep in conversation something “Superdry” related and I felt I was interrupting a private meeting over being the one there to be assisted.
When I asked if I could try on some jackets I got waved to the back of the shop and told yes but I had about five in my arms and no one questioned anything.
I came out with two I liked. Struggled to put the others back, both staff still deep in convo, standing in the same place. No offer of help and flustered I ended up putting one back not where I got it from.
I liked a shorter puffer one as it had the thumb covers and when I braved to interrupt their conversation to ask if that was available on the longer jackets I got a very disinterested no. I thanked them, put the others back and went to look in other shops.
I ended up back, getting the Superdry one as it fit me the best and second time they were both moving around the shop as more people were in there.
I tried on the two I liked again. Wasn’t given any assistance and the only communication was asking for my email.
Not sure if this is the new way of shopping as it’s been ages since I’ve been out into a shop, I do most shopping online but It’s put me off going into that shop again.

Everyone was very helpful to assit me with the coat I was looking for as I was in Inverness Scotland last year and purchased 4 of these coats.
I tried for a year to buy online with no luck.
Everyone was there to make my purchase happen.

I bought a t-shirt and was impressed by the soft feel and quality of the fabric. In Inverness store, I was served by a helpful and knowledgeable young man who made my day, thanks to his cheerful and friendly personality.

Very helpful staff and cheerful to boot. Store a little tightly packed to get around but probably intentional.

Super nice store, girl at the till was very chatty and nice and gave me a bigger bag even though I only got one item (to use the bag for other items I already had) I need to come back and have another look because there's so much cute stuff!
