I’d bought a shirt for a Christmas present but the person had since bought one in a different colour in a small rather than the medium that I had purchased. So I went into store with the gift receipt but they didn’t have a small in stock, they offered to send one free of charge to my home address which was great. The problem was that the till wouldn’t read how much I’d paid. The staff were very helpful and as it was Black Friday the shirt was cheaper, I had to show them my bank statement to prove how much I’d paid, my point is that if it had been anyone else going in they would only have been able to spend what the shirt was on sale for that day, therefore losing £10.00 and after Christmas there will probably be sales. The till should be able to read a gift receipt.

Was visiting the Guildford store and saw this dress but it wasn’t in my size…I asked one assistant if they had other sizes and as it was on the reduced rack…she said no, however another member of staff stopped me and enquired if she could help…she looked up the item on her tablet and found my size..asked me if I wanted it sent to a store or my home and I received it three days later. Delighted with my experience/purchase and the dress fits well (true to size). Thanks so much!

The sales assistants were very helpful when returning an item & also when placing an online order, all in all very pleased with the service given 😎👍🏾

Lovely clothes. Great help and service in the shop and an item was ordered that they didn’t have in store and delivered for free. Always very friendly too

I bought a hoody in store and because there wasn't any shorts to match the assistant persuaded me to order them and have them sent out. She assured me that the colour matched. The hoody is slightly creamy and the shorts are optic white so they don't go. I'm not happy.

The assistant was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and was very friendly and cheerful.

Delivery fast, but not enough information given in message re delivery. Window was from 09.00 to 22.00. No indication of what would happen if I was out or options to give instructions. When courier arrived I asked her what would happen if I was out (I had medical appointments)and she said she would ring my mobile to ask for instructions. If I knew this when first told about the delivery it would have saved a lot angst,

I was looking for a jacket to take away on a last minute holiday way, they had the one I wanted on the shop floor but in the wrong size. Yiggy, the shop manager was an absolute star and searched the stock room for me and came back with the last one they had - fitted perfectly - Thank You, superb customer service!

Very pleasant and friendly staff, who ordered in-store a backpack in the colour I wanted. This arrived at my home address just as they said it would. I am also very pleased with the backpack.

Easy to order what I wanted from the website. Good communication on status of order via emails. Walked when it was ready for collection, got greeted immediately where they quickly got my package and asked if I wanted a bag also - small touch but appreciated as I had my hands full.

Always return for the style, quality (unmatched on the High street) and the service ... always impressed

Wanted a black long sleeve shirt and there wasn't one on the clothing rack, so the sales assistant asked what I was looking for and went online and found an example that might be what I was looking for. He found what I was looking for and ordered it in my size I laid for it and it was delivered a few days later to my front door, great service and an awesome product that is why I have so many items of clothing from SuperDry..

I’ve always liked Superdry. And this time the hoodie I ordered is beyond expectations. Totally loved it.
