I tried a coat on for size and ordered a coat in a different colour to be delivered at home. The staff were great they put through the order in store and as promised it arrived 4 days later. Excellent customer service.

Didn't have my size in store. So they ordered it to be delivered to my house, no charge.

I ordered a size 16 green hoodie, and it’s more like a xs!!! It’s tiny!!!

Never got update email of order to collect, had to come into store and they told me I need a confirmation email to collect.
Talked to customer service and they said it was ready to collect when came in even without email got it finally

During the Black Friday event, my partner and I checked out the Superdry website. There were a few items we were interested in purchasing, with some Xmas gifts in mind. On the website (I have screenshot for proof) the heading states the following - "Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2024". And reading down the couple of paragraphs, it states - "Don't miss out on our iconic Black Friday clothing deals - shop now online & IN STORE before they're gone!"
So clearly, it states in store, so we travelled all the way to our nearest store, which is Cambridge to try on and buy the items we earmarked as our presents to each other. After travelling 1 hour and fighting through the busy City, we arrived at the store, only to discover no sale or Black Friday mentioned anywhere. We double checked with the items and clear enough, full price.
While travelling back to our car, I emailed customer service and they wanted me to prove the website stated that the Black Friday sales applied to the store, which I did with a screenshot. All they did was reply with thanks for the screenshot, the black Friday sale only applies to the website and without any apology for wasting our time and money travelling to the store. They were not even bothered that they have now lost 2 regular customers. I'm pretty sure this also falls under false advertising and will be looking into this. I hate being misled or lied to, especially by multi-million pound companies that take public for granted.

Good quality product. Price acceptable in this day and age. Staff in shops always friendly and helpful.

I bought 3 t shirts from a selection of multiple colours. The offer was 3 for £50, I bought three different colours. When I got home, I found that, although the shirts were all medium-sized, they were all slightly different fits. Fortunately, they are all good but not quite what I expected. A little more care in making the different fits more obvious would have been nice.

Friendly staff and plenty of choice in the right sizes for me.
