Very disappointed as I ordered my jumper in the Aberdeen store on Friday 20th Dec, I was told it would arrive on Monday 23rd, before Christmas as it was a gift! However it did not arrive until Monday 30th December!

Unhelpful when things go wrong
Unhelpful with return when I had no receipt. I realise they’re perhaps not obliged to take the item as exchange or whatever but all other shops in this price range seem to offer a solution.
