On the door it says walkins are allowed to come in and get a haircut but the lady kicked us out of the store and my son is in a wheelchair so it's very hard to get him in and out of my car so I am very upset

I had 2 visits at the market square location, 1 was with Ethel where I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted.not only did she not give me the cut she swore she could but she snipped my hair twice and called that a haircut charging 24 dollars.the 2nd was with Lori where she was to give me highlights, I left looking just as I did when I came in.she charged me 80 dollars fir nothing.I will never go there again as I was ripped off. Will call corporate to try and get money back.

I went to the Supercuts on E. Bay Rd. in Clearwater, Florida at the Tri-City Plaza. Nancy cut my hair. This is the best haircut I’ve gotten in the last three years. I really appreciate you Nancy keep up the good work.

My experience was horrific. Her name was Jenny in Boynton beach plaza Florida. She said we both smelled after we showed before coming. She humiliated us. I want a refund for 2 haircuts

We walked in the snow for 10 minutes to get there. Previously, we called them and asked if we could make an appointment but they said we could walk in and they would take us straight away because they aren’t taking any appointments. After we reached the location, they said they couldn’t take us because there were 2 appointments ahead of us. They lied to us.

I am a regular customer of super cuts Birmingham bullring . On my previous visit I was served by jenny who understood my curly ethnic hair and her customer service was really good so I also bought other products she recommended.on the visit. However I was deeply disappointed on my visit today the girl who I think was polish I’m not sure though because she hardly spoke to me she had her hair short I think and a light colour she’s was their this afternoon when I went in .
I’m very unhappy as this lady apart from ask me what I wanted done didn’t speak another word to me. I felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole ordeal and my hands were clenched throughout with nerves . I don’t think she had a clue how to cut my hair and when I tried to talk to her twice during my visit she either didn’t hear me or it went straight into the ether . I have never had an experience like this before in supercuts and for the price you pay I think she should have showed me a bit of interest . Needless to say I didn’t buy any other add on products because she didn’t talk to me throughout the whole time. I think that this will be my last visit as I couldn’t wait to get out of there and I’m not too happy with my hair either as the mere fact she treated me this way has ruined the experience for me . I am Deeply disappointed supercuts you are better than this .

Unprofessional Stylist, no knowledge or training
Supercuts, Martin Luther King Blvd. Durham NC. High Expectations. Very bad haircut. Unprofessional. I asked for a popular cut, "wolfcut". I told her to give me a cut that will give me volume. Stylist never heard of the popular wolfcut. I told her it's similar to a shag. She said "ok" & proceeded to cut my hair.. did not wash, blowout or even run a comb through it. I didn't wash or anything ahead of time because I planned to get a color as well. My hair is uneven and thinned out a lot. I absolutely hate it. Needless to say, I didn't dare let her color. And.. she charged me for cut, blowout and hot towel. I paid Amy Howell for supercut II, and only got supercut I and left, never to go back.

Claudia in Sanford was amazing. She saw us sitting outside in the rain and opened doors for us to come in for hair care. My granddaughter loved her so much. Her attention to detail was great. We really appreciate her special care during our visit.
Johnson Creek
The Johnson Creek, Clackamas, Oregon, location is a complete management disaster. Over the past years I have been friendly, patient, a good tipper, on time, and do not complain. But today was my last visit: no acknowledgement, no appreciation for loyalty, no urgency on staff part to be on time, clean stations, etc. The establishment is never busy, the employees just wander around aimlessly. This is not sustainable and I will not be supportive anymore.
Store closed
I had an appointment that I secured online at their website and when I got to the store it was closed. Another person showed up who had an appointment and had no idea the store was closed. The website said the store was open so obviously the store wasn’t paying any attention to appointments or contacting people that the appointment was canceled.

Customer service sucks
Arrived at location at opening and checked in as requested. Upon check in two stylists were available. I was promptly bypassed for service for a friend of the stylist (Tonya) at the West Republic Rd. location in Springfield, MO. Appts are not available at this time so regardless of when you arrive Tonya gets to pick and choose without explanation who goes first.
