FIRSTLY The first qotations were not the same thevprice went up, as other people have stated.
I booked a family holiday for 17 of us back in January to go Easter 2023. The final cost ended up being shy of 10K. Then I had to continuesly ring as they messed up the deposits and payment plan that was agreed. Then they took a double £2k payment out of my account. Then names were wrong.
Then after paying over £400 to reserve seats on the plane so we could be next to each other as lots of children, hey the seats got moved about! Still not sorted out since I have been trying from August it is now the middle of November and I'm seeing our original seats gone!
Also we were quoted for 3 2 bed swim up apartments plus we have paid extra money for a 3 bed swim up duplex, yes they have cooked that up too and booked a 2 bed one! So we are paying a lot more money than we were quoted and agreed on for a different room. The calls are all recorded and I have emailed so many times asking to speak to a manager but I am totally ignored!!! Or get the generic email I'm fuming to say the least its been one cock up after another and its still ongoing!
I WILL BE TAKING THIS AS FAR AS I CAN GO AS THERE IS NO EFFORT TO HELP SORT IT OUT AND THEY JUST DONT CARE!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS A TOTAL SHAMBLES!!

Sorry to hear you are thinking of cancelling if you where to cancel the booking at this stage you would receive a refund of £209.29 please advise how you wish to proceed?
“That’s a hefty administrative charge, £90 ish. Please show me how you break this down.
I paid £295. Plus parking of course. What if I cancelled the flight direct? The reasoning for cancellation is valid. I’m sorry it wasn’t made clear till afterward there is strong civil unrest”
Please accept my apologies on this I have miscalculated the above refund if you where to cancel the booking today you would lose 196.74
this is because the flights are none refundable which is a loss of £104.98
the accommodation would be a loss of £86.81
and the transaction fee would be a loss of £4.95
Which would give you a refund of £98.26
About a third of my outlay back from these people, and the statements are a bit suspect. Had I paid only the deposit, would you have paid the whole flight? Would you be looking to me for a balance? How come, if your replies are truthful, could your agent make such a basic mistake? Plus, as I said initially, that is part of my reason. Plus this:

Tear gas was used extensively against protesters on Sunday.

The rest is to do with accommodation and resort in December, (December was not my initial choice)had a different name, so until I was talking to your agent directly I couldn’t check out. However, in honesty, I see that even though I might have started the process while stressed, you are not a company to move forward with.
I hope my review helps people realise this.
* Also the initial offer was some £100 less. Mostly the reviews of you are being confirmed

I was recommended Royal Asarlik by a member of staff from here for my daughters and me.
It was the worst hotel after spending £3 k for a week I had to spend another £500 on food as the hotel was disgusting and sunmaster did nothing.

Lovely helpful lady that organised my holiday today she took the time to cater for my needs and after everything was done i had to make a change to the flights which she done with no hassle. Very pleasant and easy to talk to an asset to Sunmaster

Hi this hotel should be 2 starr not 5 shower dirty broken tiles broken toilet split tiles in room roof in hall loose fell down no reply from hotel after complaining 2 times food not up to 3 starr always cold tiles missing in pool sharp then we got food poisoning last day we come home
We booked and payed for our holiday to Antalya. We had no problems with our flights and transfers. We arrived at our hotel late in the night. When we went to check in we were told the hotel had been over booked and that we couldn't stay there. We had to move to another hotel which we did not book. On the second to last day we had a note put through our door telling us that we must check out and go back to our original hotel. This has been stressful and a complete nightmare of a holiday. We paied for something and somewhere completely different and haven't recvied this. Very unhappy costumers and put a massive damper on the holiday as we have been worried about where we are staying every night.
