Was with Succession Wealth, I would never recommend this company, High turn over of staff, High annual fees for a service l never received, Found it difficult to contact Birmingham office to answer the phones, Customer Service NONE

Under another company, I had 3 years of confidence in my pension. After my adviser left, I asked Aviva to find me another company, they put me onto succession wealth. At first the adviser only had to report yearly on what had already been set up with the previous company, but as soon as my retirement came, that adviser took it off automatic generation 2 months early, then manually generated it, over easter bank holiday weekend, leaving me with no pension payment until I begged them days later, and in debt to bills. It eventually arrived, then the same happened the next month. Now it's July and the tax man is going to take £2150 from next year's pension because between aviva and succession wealth, the hmrc think my income is double what it is. The replacement adviser is terse, under pressure, and happy to query me rather than anyone else. He can barely l7sten but talks at me like a machine gun, and, guess what? The previous adviser, who orchestrated this mess has been moved to another post, and gave this new adviser, poor soul, no information whatsoever about my case! Peeps, don't get a pension. If you're any good at saving, put it in a tax free investment isa, administer it yourself. Don't fall foul of these. And, Trustpilot, I am a real person, not a bot as you seem to think.

I was introduced to Mark Allder at Succession Wealth 9 years ago. Having worked for a company for 39 years, I was exploring the opportunity of taking my company pension value and investing it in a SIPP.

My initial meeting with Mark showed all of the ins and outs of this type of investment, the risks, the potential growth and all other aspects. I was convinced by past demonstrated performances although, as they always say, past performance is no guarantee of future performance. I decided that the risk level that I was happy to take, would give me an income that would be suitable for my requirements.

I therefore became a client and my pension value was transferred. I had an initial start value of XXX and over the past 9 years, have experienced some dips due to world events and have also enjoyed some growth.

Today, as I write this review, my value is (within a few pounds) the same as when I became Mark's client 9 years ago! So, over the past 9 years, my wife and I have been travelling the world and enjoying retirement and still have the same amount invested. There have been a few “ooerr” moments and I have called Mark from time to time and he has always been 100% supportive, given good advice and helped us to keep focussed on the long term goal. The support, if required, is always there and my wife and I look forward to continuing our retirement and more travelling.

I'm so very happy with this company! I've just taken out a remortgage (no existing mortgage) via Succession with my advisor Alex Brown. I only started the process with them on 1st December 2025 and today I received the funds! I'm rather taken aback at how wonderfully fast this has all been.
Alex has been wonderful throughout the process and even though we never met in person (our interactions were by phone and email) I felt I had my hand held just to the right amount to get me through the paperwork and the options.

Succession wealth are an absolute joke. After my father died it took them over 12 months to transfer the pension to my mother. They blamed everyone else along the way and yet they were almost always the ones at fault. Communication has been terrible and the level of incompetence truly outstanding. During what has been a very difficult time in our lives, Succession have made it even more difficult. I'm not sure we're allowed to name specific people on here, but if anyone needs names and details I'm happy to provide them.
