Quality is atrocious for the price. 2 seasons into wearing a £200 sherpa winter jacket, it now has "bald patches" where the material has simply come away from the external lining. Customer support sent 4 identical copy paste replies along the lines of "sorry its been too long we dont care", even though the Consumer Rights Act 2015 would say otherwise. Small claims it is then

I ordered multiple items from the brand, although I'm satisfied with all, the shipping was kind of a nightmare, delivery took more than a month - something I wouldn't expect from such an established brand.

Returns charges are extortionate and do not support a decent level of customer care and to pay 13% of the product cost is, I think, unreasonable. I'd urge other parents to think twice and buy another brand

I ordered a pack of 3x white undershirts and when I received my order the package was already open and - I’m not kidding - inside was no shirts but sun cream, toothpaste and a computer cable. The package was open when I received it as this was clear in the Royal Mail delivery photo. I was angry and emailed the customer support - long story short they said their warehouse sent the correct item and they could not refund me or send me a new item. Shocking, shocking experience strongly recommend avoiding buying from this company still in disbelief that I have essentially been scammed by a company which I thought was big enough to be safe to buy from. Only silver lining is that I didn’t spend more money with them

Would give less if I could, two deliveries left in a dustbin outside, when I got home, nothing there. I have contacted study who have just fobbed me off. told me to contact Royal Mail who have asked me to contact the bank who can't help.

Ordered a top for my son’s birthday using the measurements provided but it was still way too big. Turns out they don’t accept exchanges, only refunds. It costs you £5 (minimum) for delivery, £6 to return and another £5 is I wanted to re order! Don’t think so! I’ll get a top from a company that doesn’t charge a small fortune for postage!

Cancelled my order from the Nike Stussy drop, I ordered before 10:01 and the order went through, come Monday they’ve cancelled my order! The stock was on site for ages after 10am, really poor stuff from Stussy. They favour bot orders and backdooring stock for resellers!

Commande faite le 7 septembre. A ce jour aucun retour et aucune réponse aux mails envoyés. La somme a pourtant été débitée

I like this brand and bought the zip hoodie online, but the real length is 10cm shorter than size chart?? How can an item of this price have such inaccurate size guide? Now it’s been 20 days since I returned and haven’t received any refund yet.

Absolutely love Stüssy. I even named my cat Stussy. I’m a big fan from my first “T” at the age of about 12 (1992)
BUT what I will say is the graphic design of the the T shirts especially, is seemingly very lazy. Stock “Stüssy” logo and they’re printed on various good quality t shirts.
What happened to those amazing shirt designs of the ‘90’s and early 00’s
Now they’re just a bit lazy, dog box and uninspiring 🤷🏻‍♂️.
Will still buy the goods just not “another stock tee on a different colour “ pigment dyed” T-Shirt. Please.

Had een shirt besteld en had niet goed naar de levertijd gekeken. Ik ging bijna op vakantie en het moest nog helemaal verscheept worden. Ik nam contact op met stussy support om mijn bestelling te annuleren en die reageerde snel en vertelde me waar ik aan toe was. Ze zeiden dat het annuleren misschien niet meer zou werken als het pakketje al verscheept was. Ik kreeg een dag later bericht dat het pakketje er bijna was. Levering is sneller dan verwacht en de service is super goed! Moet nog kijken hoe de kwaliteit is.

Nice tshirts but awful customer service, inflated postage fees and even more for returns! Won't be ordering again.

I wont be buying from Stussy UK online again simply because the cost to return is £6.00, something I wasnt aware of until today.

An item advertised as being black, transpired to being a murky brown colour hence returning for a refund.

Lesson learnt, buy Stussy stuff elsewhere or buy a different brand

RETURNS! 2 WEEKS and several emails (that I had to send) and FINALLY a refund has been issued....which can take a further 3 working days! AVOID.

I would never purchase from the stussy website again. Their returns policy is an absolute joke, completely over inflated return fees. Perhaps if their products were better described, then the need for returning would be less!
They have an average rating of 1.5stars, which I think just about sums up the general customers experience.

Commande le 2 décembre 2024 et aujourd'hui 2 mars toujours aucune livraison et aucun remboursement malgré des mails fréquents. et des réponses "on essaye de retrouver le colis, c'est les vacances en Chine, etc ....

J'ai commandé un sweat pour l'anniversaire de ma fille que je n'ai jamais reçu. Après avoir dû payer des frais de douane en plus puisque le soi-disant colis venait de Chine, j'ai reçu à la place une fausse bague Cartier. Impossible de les joindre ! ARNAQUE !!!!

The reviews say it all 80% negative.
Never heard of this dodgy company until I received an a false IP infringement from their agent.
They've register almost 6,000 trademarks and are using their agent to aggressively target small businesses even if they haven't infringed the IP.
