GREAT COMPANY
This company is 2nd to none. The initial order process was easy, great advice and communication from Elliott. I was well impressed!
When I got the order I realised I had made a huge mistake. 1 phone call to Elliott, he passed me to Matty from the customer care, Matty came up with a solution to my problem and within the hour it was resolved saving me thousands.

Great service from the start, had a lot to get through, Lauren was really helpful on the phone, we had changes to make back and forth with the client, delivery was brilliant all labelled to specific locations as requested and well packaged. Design of these doors are a dream to fit. Will be recommending and be using strongdor again.

The doors I received were damaged
The doors I received were damaged. Had a dent in the fixed door which you are sending out technicians to repair. The door keep had to be moved. It was riveted in position and had to be moved at 5 o’clock in the evening in the pitch black.

While issues such as transport or packaging damage can occasionally occur, our customer service after-sales team is committed to resolving them as quickly as possible. A specialist repair visit has been arranged and rebooked due to weather conditions, and our technical team is reviewing the latch adjustment to ensure it is resolved properly.

Quick, fluid process from start to finish. From receiving estimate, to drawing issue to delivery ( actually came a day early ! ). Fitting was also fast and simple.
