I originally came across Strengthscope as an attendee of one of the Strengths Debriefs (after taking an assessment in my workplace), and have since become acreditted as a Facilitator. As an attendee, I appreciated the simple language, the BPS registration, and the fact it's all about positive Psychology. I also like the fact it doesn't encourage people to silo themselves as one particular 'adjective/colour', and instead to emphasise we all have these 24 Strengths, and it's just that some of them energize us more than others. As a Facilitator I love the amount of materials and support their HQ team give - as well as support for neurodivergent attendees and change habit collateral.

The reports are really useful and have the potential to effectively impact performance and insights. Our accreditation tutor, Scott, made the workshop fun, engaging and informative. Claire and Amy have been an excellent support in helping us implement Strengthscope into the organisation.
