I may be wrong but I thought the Trust Pilot rules were you had to be a client of a company to post a review. Hilary and Steve Cox made an investment as experience investors in a company I was a director of. I was advised to do a pre-pack administration deal with a trouble building arm just as Covid struck. The Building Company was liquidated and I worked with Lenders on the SPV for a structured winding up and exiting of the various projects . The ONLY company involved in liquidation was the building firm. We worked with Receivers on the others and all the development sites were sold. I was subject to a DTI investigation and not barred as a Company Director. Avon & Somerset Constabulary did launch an investigation because people had made allegations however having taken legal advice I was advised there was probably no case to answer when ALL the facts were known. The Coxes have gone out of their way to post fake reviews and to make numerous complaints to Somerset Council..I am sorry they lost some money but I was not their advisor and all our paperwork has appropriate warnings on. Estate Planning is not a regulated sector but I was a very successful mortgage and protection advisor which includes estate planning .I have also run other successful companies and businesses I also work closely with acknowledged experts on Estate Planning, IHT Mitigation and have a growing bank of happy clients. The problem with the internet is it allows such individuals to post incorrect facts and I have included in our paperwork the fact that they may well come across the Coxs..aka Dumber & Dumber for their rather sad posts

Steve and Hilary Cox never have been clients of Strategic Estate Plannig so in posting a false review they breach the Trust Pilot Code.
They were investors in a Company I was a Director of and which collapsed due to problems with a Building Arm. We took professional advice retained professioanls and had an informal CVA agreed which would have seen monies returned to investors over time. However the Coxes were determined this would not work and other investors then came up with an alternative plan.
They have been posting numerous false reviews and inccorect statements wll of which are being noted by my lawyers and they are correct there has been an on going investigation by Avon and Somerset Police. However the Insolvency Service carreid out an investigation and found no reason for me to be banned as a director,
From their posts many people have commented they are not the brightest investors on the planet and probably got involved in somethig that was beyond them.
