Delivery not done as instructed, no communication no explanation and when l enquired l was told 3 completely different stories as to why delivery was delayed, one version was that my order was ready to collect only to be told when l went to collect it that it was in fact not even manufactured yet , another one was that it was in transit and the store would contact me when it arrived...... no goods no phone call ...rather poor service . I certainly won't be troubling Stratco again

I ordered a 9M x4M shed.
Angelo understood what I wanted and he and his colleagues ensured that variations were updated on the order.
It was delivered about 6 weeks later as promised.
However there was no flexibility shown with regard to delivery. The delivery date was imposed about 7 days out with no option to alter and no time window given. I was lucky my wife was able to postpone an appointment to accept delivery. It would be beneficial if a time frame for delivery of say 3 hours could be given rather than expecting the customer to wait around all day.
The delivery driver Barry was outstanding in placing the components of the kit where requested down a narrow driveway.
Overall a good experience but marred slightly by the inflexibility regarding delivery.

I agreed on a quote from lifestyle structures after contacting stratco in March last year their Installer. In June, 4 and a half days on site,November after countless emails to have the job finished half a day to install blinds, February to fix leaks blind Installer stated leaks were to be expected still have numerous leaks will need to have fixed
They also overcharged $2000 on final bill luckly I kept my totals
Do not use Stratco if trades say leaks in roofs are normal

Contacted them 10 days ago to get a measure and quote for decking and verandah waited a week and spoke to a girl on Friday to ask what was happening. Seemed to care and said would call back within an hour. Did not call back and no one wants to quote on job. If you are to busy to care please dont waste our time. This is quite a large job. So obviously too much for you. I just also want to advise that have been contacted by stratco when they saw this guess what they did not bother to contact us yet again. Worst customer service ever. Dont bother with them

I shopped online and was advised the goods would be delivered within 3 days (which they were), however I would like to have known an particular time they would have been delivered as all items were very heavy, and I was not home when they were delivered and therefore had to drag them in to my garage to enable me to assemble them.

I went to Stratco after completing click and collect online the night before.At the time of ordering I was informed I had to bring photo ID. On the day of collection I showed my photo ID. I was then given a form to complete that included my name, address, contact details, drivers licence number and car registration! I thought this was overkill and dont understand why I had to provide all of this information. If just went into the store and purchased something I dont have to provide any ID. PLease explain why so much ID is needed.
I would like to have given 2.5 stars

I ordered a pot using click and collect, I picked up the pot, got it home and realised it is the wrong colour. I used click and collect due to being so time poor at this time of year - now I have to go back to the store to swap it for the one I actually ordered.

Completed a click & collect. Was required to go to the main counter, where neither of the 2 people serving knew what to do. They called another person who filled out of slip and advised me I needed to go to the other end of the site, to the trade area to collect my goods. The girl would ensure the completed slip would be passed on. On arrival at the trade area no one was there, but several staff appeared to be serving others as they were coming and going outside. So I waited inside at the counter behind 2 others until I was served. At which point no slip was there, so the "manager" just got what I needed, 2 concrete pavers, and put them in my car, which was the best part of an overall average service experience. Lynda S.

You do a click and collect order for fast and easy pick up, not to stand at the counter for 30 minutes waiting, then when the products are finally found, a staff member just leaves them at one end of the shop and doesn't bring to the counter for you

Product is good, but their organisation is woeful. Click and collect was slower than it would have been just going there and buying it on the spot. They need a better click and collect system.
You shouldn't have to go to the checkouts at the front of the store to pay and then back to the pick-up area at the back to tell them you've paid and then load. And last time I got no help loading because they were too busy running around when there was barely anyone there.
