Steve from ferntree gully Stratco was so helpful . He knew a lot about the products I was after and also gave me different ideas how I could do my task at hand . His customer service was fantastic and he was very polite. I felt he treated me like apart of the stratco family more so than just a customer. I will be passing Steve’s name onto my friends and family as he is a great at customer service. Thanks again look forward to coming to buy more stratco products off you mate .

The aircon cover is easy to put together, looks good & is weather resistant. Our clients in apartment blocks are very happy with the product plus hides the external unit very well but lifts off easily for maintenance purposes.

Traveled 1 hour to get to the Stratco store in Ferntree Gully, due to the fact I live in regional Victoria. Entered the store and all 4 employees ignored me.

I don’t recommend Stratco in Ferntree Gully, avoid at all cost. I’ll take my business else where.

We went there yesterday to enquire about a pergola all the customers had masks on neither of the staff did although 3 cases have been detected in Victoria. I would have thought Stratco as a company would have been concerned about covid obviously not.

A turnaround time of less than 4 hrs to prepare my 'click & collect' order is outstanding.
Pick up was a little disjointed as I arrived at the store to be confronted with a sign displaying a number to call so that someone would bring out my goods.
However the number is Stratco head office, not the actual store. After you explain what you want, they transfer you to the store you are parked out the front of. You then explain again to the person at the store and he then brings out the goods you have previously ordered and paid for. Somewhat messy procedure considering I was the only car in the carpark.
Also the Stratco website should be greatly improved. I ordered 100 ltr plastic tubs but had no idea they provide 60 ltr tubs also in the same style. If I had known this earlier I would have ordered some of them also. The website is a very poor representation of what they sell. This would be a great place to wonder around inside when Covid has passed. If their online website was better prepared I could wonder around in that but it is severely lacking in details and organisational structure.

Purchased 4 storage cabinets, one of them had cosmetic damage. Not worth returning with the COVID issues in Melbourne. Still happy with price and quality

Easy to order online and found the ability to ask questions directly online and get a response was fantastic. Enabled me to check package sizes before ordering. Collection was available within a few hours and person at store was very helpful.

Guidance for Click and Collect could have been a bit better at FTG store. Parked at the front however had to go around to the back and ring the main customer service number for someone to come out. There was no signage at the front with instructions. Not sure if I stayed in the car whether someone would come out so I walked to the rear door. I did get my items which was good but seemed a bit confusing. I know its difficult times and Im sure everyone will get better at this.
