Very pleased to have used The Stow Brothers, they were proactive in chasing up various parties and always quickly responded to me when I had questions. They also had an actual marketing strategy to market my flat and very quickly got a buyer. Would definitely use them again in the future.

After starting in rental accommodation again in 2024 I was a little shocked and surprised to see how much the rental process had changed. However, Anita has made the process much easier, it's reassuring to know I have a personal contact that can help with any issues that arise. Anita is friendly, competent and always around to assist me.

Imagine your dream estate agent. No really, imagine it. You want to sell your house in record time to secure another house and it’s the week of the budget. Ben and his team jumped on it. The photographs from Tibor were exceptional. Keepers. Framers. They sold our house in 5 days from appraisal. That’s very good. When others said it wouldn’t be possible. They made it possible. They handled it all with grace and efficiency.

Now once the sale was agreed we were looked after by Paul Leonard. Experience and expertise in abundance. A steady hand and navigated the wobbles and sale with complete professionalism and calm. I literally can’t say enough good things about Paul. He is one of the good guys.

John in the Highams Park office was steady, informed and transparent. Always available for a conversation or advice.

These are my honest opinions and without any shadow of a doubt I would recommend to all to use them for their property purchasing or selling needs.

I have very good experience with The Stow Brothers since they first help me find a flat to rent. I moved in in November 2024 and am still with them. They have provided great service. Especially my contact Anita Datta has been very courteous, approachable and available to handle any issues and problems. Any issue that I have raised, she has been quick to respond and sorted it promptly.

I truly felt they did their absolute best to make the whole selling process as smooth and effortless as possible. I feel very lucky to have worked with them throughout this journey. They were consistently kind, attentive, and everything progressed quickly and with ease.

As a first-time buyer, I was fully expecting the process of buying my (dream) flat to be incredibly stressful...how wrong I was! All thanks to The Stow Brothers, and especially my agent Eva Bouzaki, who proved me wrong. I can’t recommend her enough.

There’s a real art to breaking down a complex process in a way that makes sense when you’re doing it for the first time, and Eva does that effortlessly. She's always one step ahead, never letting anything drift, like a superhuman. Almost like having a good friend by your side who has your best interests in mind. Also, being an all-round fantastic (and hilarious) person makes more of a difference than you’d think in this daunting process, trust me. She clearly jobs her love, people!

Overall really enjoyed our experience with the Stow brothers from start to finish.

We had Ellie Smith as our property manager and from the start she was very prompt and proactive in assisting us with any issues we had. The beginning of our tenancy was smooth and well communicated, during our tenancy raising issues was easy and they were addressed very quickly. At the end of our tenancy Ellie helped to facilitate an early end to our lease with our landlord (moving due to professional reasons) and she helped make the process of ending our tenancy equally smooth.
We are sad to be leaving the stow brothers as our estate agents and will miss having Ellie look after us.

Excellent customer service. Anita Datta always keeps me informed and checks in with me frequently to make sure everything is ok and I'm happy with everything. She is always, professional, polite and does everything possible to help if there are ever any problems. Always at the end of an email or phone call should I need to get in touch with her. Would highly recommend. Absolutely delighted with her and the service she provides.
