Trabajo con STO Models, ya que me cuesta casi lo mismo que comprarlo a mi distribuidor aqui en España, pero con la diferencia de que Sto models me tarda unos 7 dias, y el distribuidor de mi ciudad tarda alrededor de un mes.
Dos pegas, compre un piñon y me mandaron el que a ellos les parecio, no el que pedi yo.
Y a la hora de comunicarte con ellos, pasan un poco del cliente.

I have used this company for all my rc needs and in gereral they are great, Have had a few problems with wrong parts sent twice but they were very quick to resolve and upgrade when parts were out off stock.

Overall dont think i would go anywhere else. A+

I was ordering some parts from this store. When I ordered, I didn't recieve anything on my registered mail. No order confirmation, nothing..... The problem was that didn't remember the name of this store. Since there where no mails asbout my ordering. 2 weeks went by and stil nothing...... Lucky for me I payed with paypal so I did find the webstore at last. When I was trying to send a mail (thru the webpage) it didn't work. After a while, I found out that the mail function didn't work with firefox. I've waited for 3 weeks now and stil no package......

The only positiv respons I can give is that these prices are good.

Everything deliverd fine, charged it up and props turned. Then it had a minbd of its own and turned over and broke all of the servos. Never flown it but it looked great! Sure it was my fault but will have to buy another.

i sent 5 emails and no or an item, and extremely annoyed

I ordered some RC batteries from here, nothing turned up. A week later I rang them and they said I would get them the next day.. nothing, rang a few days later and they said they were out of stock.

I would avoid these lot, managed to get a refund but a waste of time to deal with

this is my second perchase from STO models I think the sevice is great
the goods are as discribed and well pcked I will use them again with out a dought

i bought jollymotor from them. the ESC burned. i tried to contact them on email and phone, but they dont reply.

Good service as normal.

We purchased an FTX buggy from STO & that went well but trying to get a reply to emails was virtually impossible & when they did reply they didn't answer the Qs - frustrating. We wanted to purchase more items from STO but their unhelpful attitude meant that we went to their competitors Wheelspin & Apex - where we have been helped much more and staff are only too willing to provide needed support.

i have ordered multiple things and only god one third of what i have payed for. when i complaign i dont even get any answer!

Good service, good price, and very helpful.
I would definitely buy from them again.

The seller do not respond to Email had to contact Paypal to get my money back and i will not buy again from this store.
