The Chester showroom has a wide range of sofas to try out for a perfect sit. Friendly and helpful staff but not pushy. Steve was very approachable and changed a few things on our order when requested. A great experience shopping here

Wow. What a company. Service when choosing a very large sofa was amazing and a very competitive price. Was really worried about access when delivering. When Nick and Graham arrived to deliver, they alleviated my concerns instantly. They were absolutely fantastic, very careful and really informative when it came to the care of the sofa to prolong its life. They were even kind enough to move one of our old large sofas through a tight opening into another room for us so we could place it in the kitchen. I am so grateful too them. They really are a credit to Stokers and I cannot fault the service provided by them and the company. Thank you ❤️

We recently visited Stokers Furniture in Chester and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The showroom is exceptionally well laid out, making it easy to browse, and it immediately gave us confidence that the products were of excellent quality.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and approachable, without any pressure or hard sell. After we'd spent some time looking around, Steve approached us and took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for. He then showed us a corner sofa that perfectly matched our requirements and guided us through the various fabric and colour options available.

Steve also explained the aftercare service in detail, which gave us additional confidence in our purchase. Thanks to his knowledge, professionalism, and helpful approach, we had no hesitation in placing an order for our new sofa.

We purchased a garden dining table set for 6 people and a separate parasol for sun shade. The quality was very good compared to others we have seen. Price was very competitive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Andrew Short in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable and his customer service skills excellent. There was no pressure we had the time to go away and come back and complete the purchase .Again Andrew was very helpful in completing our purchase and organising the delivery. We would recommend the shop and will return if we need anything in the future.

Mike Williams was very professional and helped us with everything we needed, we chose Mike to deal with us because the other staff followed us everywhere and kept popping up every where we went very annoying, but Mike was there when we were ready with no pressure. We would of walked out if Mike had not been there, as Julie was the last time we bought our suit couple of months ago.

We visited Stokers to purchase sofas, we have never been before and was very impressed with the vast amount of choice. No sales person bothered us whilst looking around which was a pleasant suprise ( Most furniture sales staff pounce on you immediatley). We approached Scott Dupree in the Chester store who helped and advised us with colour choices then he left us to have a good look around.
