The basket arrived smooshed in a very small package that warped the shape of the basket. The stitching on both the basket and the toy accessory is awful and coming undone. Additionally there appear to be places where the bottom of the basket was not woven together fully.
The ad that stated all the products were handmade/woven in America, meanwhile, this item shipped from China.
I’m very disappointed in this product. I have contacted the company several times asking for instructions on how to receive a refund and have not received that information.

My 16 year old cat walked right into the basket
My 16 year old cat walked out of one room and climbed right into her new basket, YEAH!!! She curled up and went to sleep. I was totally amazed! She comes and goes to her basket now. I’m very impressed.

I placed the bed in my living room. My cat did not touch it for a week. I moved it to the stair landing and now my cat loves it. She’s in it right now. It’s all location, location, location!

My cat, Cutie, climbed right into her new bed the minute I unpacked it & set it on the floor. I purchased the larger size & it’s a perfect fit. She does not scratch the interior because I have a scratching post nearby. She’s asleep in it as I type this.
She’s in it every single day.

A Perfect Sleep/Rest Place For MyCat
From the placing of the order to receiving it, everything was great and straightforward with tracking of the parcel available and it's progress along the way regularly updated.
My CT loves his basket and took to it immediately.
I have since ordered the scratching mat and chew sticks, which I'm waiting on the delivery of, I would imagine they are packaged and delivered with as much care as the basket was.
I'm very satisfied with the Stimulicat products, so far.

I’ve wasted an embarrassing amount of…
I’ve wasted an embarrassing amount of money on ignored cat toys and supplies! I was hopeful but also ready to be let down yet again when I placed my order. I opened the package and set the bed on the floor and my picky 18 month-old kitty, Brooks, immediately jumped in and STARTED SCRATCHING! To say the least we are thrilled with this product! I placed it behind the upholstered chair that was her go-to scratching post. She goes there first thing in the morning and multiple times throughout the day! Every time we hear her in there scratching, my husband and I just shake our heads and grin! Thank you for this wonderful product!

My oldest male cat (9) took his time…
My oldest male cat (9) took his time evaluating the basket, then loved it. Until the youngest calico (3) found it appealing. The chew sticks haven’t meant much. The young calico likes them., but not the other 2. Nothing has defrayed the furniture shredding. The Stimulicat deodorizing beads are a life saver and I want to continue with them.

I put the harness on my cat…
I put the harness on my 8 year ago cat and let him move around in it for 15 minutes. Then I put the leash on it and opened the front door so he could go outside. He stayed close and smelled everything in his sight. This morning when we got up he went straight to the front door and wanted to go out. I'm so thankful I ordered this from your company. Now I can take him on walks everyday.

I thought my cats would like the basket…
I thought my cats would like the basket but I had no idea how much they would love it. They have played in and around it for a week straight now and they are just obsessed. They love scratching it and turning it over and hiding under it. The pillow is superfluous because they dump it as soon as I put it in so they can get to the basket itself… but all part of the fun. Thank you for a well made product my cats adore.

A highly recommended basket by my furbaby & I 😻
My large Bengal x Black tabby loves his large basket. Chews and plays while lounging in in his basket. It wasnt love at first sight, never as he's a highly picky puss. Giving him the freedom to sniff and bash it for a few days untouched by me, gave him the choice to hop in and leave his scent happily. I had to remove the cushion before he'd attempt it but being patient was the key. Thank you so much for your support and a good quality item for my baby. I'd highly recommend this product to all owned by a furbaby 🤩🤩🤩

The New Favorite Toy
Our cat will play with toys but only has a few favorites. If we pick them up he watches us to make sure we respect them. I really didn't think he would take to this basket but he took to it immediately. He was attracted by the ball first but the minute he stepped in he started scratching. He's a big cat but he loves to curl up in it even if there's not much room.
