Paid over $300 for a pair of boots and a belt. Belt was thrown in with the boots without any wrap to protect and boots didn’t have any paper inside to keep shape. I received two left foot boots and both were different sizes AND color

Bought a stetson Rutherford through hatshopping dot com advertising 5 -7 day delivery
Took 14 days.
The hat itself is of nice quality the 2 problems I found.... one being they changed the design and colour of the sweatband from a nice brown design to a boring grey .
Secondly they must not have a quality control because part of the sweatband lining wasn't correctly sewn in ans was hanging lose. For £260 this is poor . Would i but from ether hatshoppong or stetson. .... No.

I purchased the Bozeman Crushable felt hat for fall weather, it's just around the corner. I got my order sent out to me pretty quick, just a few days. the hat arrived packaged a little better than the Contoy Straw hat I bought earlier this summer. I guess that should be expected when this one was twice the price. I used the same hat size as the previous order but this time the 7 1/8th MEDIUM was tight. It has a leather hatband that will break in after a few days wear. It was much tighter than the straw hat out of the box but after a few hours I was able to wear the hat with a very snug fit. I love the quality, The felt is so soft, after a day of wearing the hat and purposely pushing it down on my head, it started to relax and eventually it goes on and stays comfortably in place. The leather hat band stretched out to conform to my head. Now it fits like a glove, and it has become my everyday wear. I can see myself buying another Stetson or two.

I ordered the Contoy Straw Hat after staring at it online for a week or so, I pulled the trigger on my favorite style since I was a teen. Received a huge box after a few days. I was so very happy with what I found inside. The hat was well packaged, it has a huge "Made in Mexico" sticker, that explains the $75 price point, but it is literally branded STETSON. The S logo is burned in the edge of the hat. It was stiff and brittle at first but in a day or so of wear the hat begins to mold to your head. I'm in Oklahoma and the wind is real here. This hat stayed in place in gusts over 25 mph and more. It was sized "MEDIUM" rather than a sized fit, but the hat will adjust to your head if you size it close. This isn't a 100x felt hat, but it is quality. It's a great summertime hat. I think it will be around for years.

Ordered a pair of ropers. Boots arrived and were definitely used. The thread seam on sole was rubbed bare and was scuffed. Inside stovetop leather was wrinkled and coming loose. Next pair sent was too small on one boot. Couldn’t get heel in boot. 3rd pair was scuffed and completely color mismatched. 4th pair matched but once again, right boot was too tight, couldn’t get foot in. I gave up at this point and bought a boot stretcher and now can BARELY GET FOOT IN. Done with this company. Expected better. Stay away. Far away. Ripoff.

I advise you to dontbuy anything from stetson! this company parasites! they sell goods that do not correspond to the samples on the Internet, and then do not solve the problem with the client and only here, in trustpilot, for general show apologize and promise to do something, but do not do anything! stetson.eu is a company of liars and scoundrels!!!! do not hope, nothing but to make fun of deceived customers, they do not need!!!!

I received my product that was dirty, seemed to have food crums all over the very expensive hat. There was also long blond hair all over the hat. I contacted stetson customer service and they have not replied to my return request. Poor customer service not near the quality hat paid for.

Horrible customer service. Sent me a damaged hat and said "that is how it's supposed to look" when I asked them if they could expedite me a new one for an event I needed it for. It was not a distressed hat based on the pictures and description, and it came in the box unwrapped and had scratches and scuffs all over it from not being packaged properly. When they wouldn't send me a new one, I ordered the same hat and it arrived in a different color. When I emailed them a second time asking why it was a light tan color when I ordered dark brown, they said they have no control over the color of the hat. So, I placed a 3rd order and paid $180 for overnight UPS shipping on a Thursday, and the hat is now not arriving until Monday. UPS delivers Saturday though, but it should have been here Friday. 10/10 do not recommend shopping directly with Stetson. If you want a Stetson hat, buy it from a different store that has better customer service.

Absolute terrible customer service I will never purchase anything from them again. I returned the hat that was way too small even though I used the exact measurement that they told me and measured my head exactly how their website describes.

I ended up returning the product and after I was 20 days still no response even though the two emails they did send said I would get a refund within 10 days so I opened the case through PayPal since that’s how I paid called Stenson again and they told me the refund may take over 75 days. It’s out of their control, the dude was completely arrogant and ignorant on the phone not a good company and I’m not complaining liberal like most people

The hat I received was some cheap quality copies of something..? Colors, shapes etc didn't match the sales pictures..Later on similar facebook commercials changed their name to "steson.com" :-) Just a fraud

The hat was incredibly disfigured. There were stress marks all over the brim. Refund took forever. Never will shop for Stetson online again.

Like many, many other customers, I received a hat that was WAY TOO SMALL. I own several (older) Stetson hats, made in the times when this was a real company, not a Chinese scam artist - and all are fitting nicely. The hat I received from the only reseller who would actually ship it to me (Stetson does not have a full product portfolio of their own products in their shop), is at least two sizes smaller than I bought.
Contacting Stetson and asking for assistance in widening the (leather) hat resulted in an almost insulting response from their "support" staff. I will NEVER buy Stetson again, this company has lost all my trust.

I ordered boots from them online. Only to find out i can not reach anyone, and they have dissapeard with our money. This is a scam website, stay away

Customer service is poor. You try and call and the robot answering the phone hangs up on you

I would like to warn customers who return their purchases to Stetson through UPS. I bought a hat, shoes and shirts, and when some of them did not fit me (they were too small), I quickly sent them back to the stetson. After a month of checking my bill, $ 344 was missing in the return. I emailed a request for a refund. they offered me after 10 days, but not 344, only reduced by $ 60, agreeing that it was the cost of the ups stickers. When I ordered, I checked the policy and it is clearly written that if I am not 100% satisfied, I will receive the original form of payment when I purchased at stetson.com and they were not used and damaged. I think it is not fair not to give me all the money I spent on the goods where I cannot check the size. Please consider before shopping at Stetson.com that you will not receive 100% of your money.

Love their products. Exceptional quality. I don't like the fact that they've offshore most manufacturing to China. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review.
