I gave up after multiple attempts at deliveries of this model of window arrived with the attached flashing bent and the joints in it coming apart. Sterlingbuild were very helpful and did their best throughout, trying 2 replacement deliveries in addition to the first one, but each arrived with the window damaged inside the box. The problem is caused by their supplier Fakro as these windows are sent out by them just loose in a cardboard box, no protection or restraint inside whatsoever, so unless the box is always kept flat (risking the glass) inevitably all the weight of the window falls onto the flashing which buckles and the pressed folds come apart where bent.
Completely mad to send a window by courier without any protection. The flashing comes attached, not as a kit, and the flashing materials are poor quality and design considering it’s for a window exposed on a roof.

Bought some roof tiles from JJ roofing they were cheaper and the customer service was excellent. Previously bought some from Selco which were much more expensive and over 100 were broken when they arrived.
The delivery person from JJ roofing carefully put the tiles down and none were broken. Much better service.

Once my supplier were aware of the problem that I was having with the delivery company not keeping me updated with the delivery of my goods, their representative took control of the problem and got it sorted with a new delivery date and constant updates as to the situation,

Jamie did a great job sorting out exactly what I needed, at a great price, and even arranging an urgent top up order. Kept me well informed at every step of the order, always available to answer queries.

Dealing with Jamie Fenech was a pleasure. He gave me a good fair price. Arranged everything I needed to collect my slates and other goods and was most helpful.

The order was delayed by several days by a third party company not Sterling build they went out there way to keep me informed and in the end gave me a partial refund cannot fault the level of service

We recently had an issue with some incorrect products we received, and Helen Walsh at Sterling Build has been absolutely amazing in helping us sort everything out. Her communication and attention to detail have been second to none.

We had been regular customers of another supplier for our Velux products, but after experiencing poor service there, I explained our frustrations to Helen and she went out of her way to make sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with missing parts. Made contact via email and had a swift and satisfactory resolution.

My delivery was to be on the 19th and it is now the 22nd and still nothing. Holding my joiner from doing the job and don't know why I paid £15 pounds for 2-3 days shipping when not her. Ordered on the 12th of Sept
