I Ordered 2 pair of what looked like nice shoes in pictures, but I didn't get shoes the size I Ordered, I Ordered 12.5 wide they sent what must be size 10 narrow...no way would these shoes evere fit....the size standard that this company uses is not right...they DON'T want return customers for sure . So I have 2 pair of shoes I can't wear, so I try to contact them to start a claim (multiple times)and they don't respond back, THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, they say they are a USA Made and Veteran owned company...Don't believe that for a moment either ... in the end here, I'll be stuck with 2 pair of shoes i can't ware and I'm out $120.00, CAVEAT EMPTOR "let the buyer beware". I wouldn't trust anything about this company..

I wear a size 10, based on the reviews I ordered a size 12 these shoes are extra narrow. Guess what they charge to send back.

I ordered a pair of sneakers in size 7.5 so they took almost 2 weeks to ship them then sent a size 8 in wide width. Do not trust these people because they lie and won't rectify the problem

My son is now in the second pair of shoes in six months . The first pair split around the front after 3 months . After some complaining at the show zone they exchanged them for another pair. These she's lasted for two months before the heel part collapsed as there was nothing to support this part of the shoe underneath. I took them back to Shoe Zone . This time the manager said that he had signed the receipt previously to state that there would be no more exchanges . I told him I would be contacting the shoe maker directly. I told them they shouldn't stock poor quality shoes .

Shoes are fantastic, comfy and sustainable. Unfortunately the very expensive delivery works much worse than free shipping in other stores where I previously bought this brand. I recommend customers to check the other big shoe shop that also sell them.

Ordered a pair of shoes over Amazon that started falling apart after just two months. After contacting Shoe Diamond & Swimwear they informed me, that they only have a 30 day warranty period so there is nothing they can do about it. The fact that they won't acknowledge that a 100 dollar pair of shoes should last more than two months seems really greedy. Can't recommend this store...
