We recently bought a Corsa Electric from Stebbings after our beloved old Fiesta got written off by a Land Rover. The 120 mile round trip from Suffolk was well worth it. The car was in excellent condition and very competitively priced. The facilities and service from Stebbings were superb. We never felt under any pressure, and our sales advisor Charlie was incredibly helpful and patient. He went out of his way to ensure that we were totally happy with the car and made the whole process as stress-free as possible.

In urgent need of a car having been without one for almost a month due to a TP writing off my last one. Two failed purchases with other dealers. Found out about a car being sold by Stebbings in the morning, and by late afternoon I was driving it home, having being able to divert my train journey home from a work engagement, Tom was very well-organised and professional. He made sure I had everything I needed and even if there was a question he couldn't answer, he made sure he found out - no winging it, just honesty about ensuring he got everything right. He was very knowledgeable about EVs and so I was buying a Nissan LEAF with confidence. He made a nice cuppa to-boot! Thanks to Tom and Stebbings for finally getting rid of my car-less anxiety. The service Stebbings provides is invaluable when considering buying a car. To have the opportunity to be able to compare different makes & models on one site is brilliant.
The affable sales team are helpful and well informed. The purchasing process is slick and comprehensive, and Chris Martyn clearly explained all the available options. Transfer of the V5C and completion of the vehicle tax was completed online by Chris at the time of collection. And the car was immaculate.

Dealt with Charlie over the phone who gave me confidence in buying a car without even seeing it. For me the 2 1/2 journey was worth the trip. The car was exactly as described. The only reason I gave a 4 was because the car being a PHEV wasnt charged when I collected. We visited the showroom on Saturday 18th October to buy a car for one of our children. We found 2 cars we were interested in and asked for details of both. Initially, we spoke to Andrew re the cars and he was very helpful. We went away to look at other cars and when we returned Andrew was busy with other buyers so he asked one of his colleagues to help us further rather than keep us waiting. Chris was very helpful and informative, we were not pressurised in any way shape or form. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process of buying a car so much easier. We felt valued as customers and because they were busy we appreciated their care and respect so that we were not kept waiting.
We returned 9 days later to collect the car and was met by Chris as we walked through the door. He was professional, polite, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
